Posizione centrale, comoda per visitare Zante.

Il prezzo pagato non rispecchia i servizi offerti. Al nostro arrivo non ci è stata fornita alcuna informazione utile su dove si trova l’hotel rispetto alle principali attrazioni o su cosa c’è nei dintorni. Durante la festa patronale non siamo stati avvisati e, ignari di tutto, è stato molto difficile raggiungere la struttura perché le strade erano chiuse. Il parcheggio non è garantito: ci sono solo 3 posti e non sempre disponibili (negli ultimi giorni uno era riservato a una famiglia). La reception non è attiva 24h, le camere sono essenziali, la colazione migliorabile e, quando abbiamo chiesto un consiglio per la cena, ci è stato semplicemente indicato il ristorante di fronte all’hotel. A mio avviso con qualche attenzione in più all’accoglienza, informazioni più complete ai clienti e una colazione più curata, l’esperienza potrebbe migliorare notevolmente.

Struttura molto bella e soggiorno consigliatissimo
Pros:

La struttura è collocata nel pieno centro della città di Zacinto con immediato accesso al corso principali pieno di locali e negozi. Personale accogliente e gentile pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta del cliente. Camere molto pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort.

Cons:

La colazione è stata molto buona. Non abbiamo visto una grande varietà soprattutto nella frutta.

Pros:

La struttura è collocata nel centro della città di Zacinto con comodo accesso al corso pieno di locali e negozi. Il personale molto accogliente e pronto a soddisfare in maniera tempestiva ogni richiesta e fonte inesauribile di informazioni su ristoranti e lidi nei quali passare la giornata. Camere con tutti i comfort e molto pulite.

Cons:

La colazione è stata piuttosto buona. Forse avrei preferito un po’ di varietà in più soprattutto per la frutta.

Pros:

The place is perfect, the room, the bathroom, in the center....the best restaurant is a cross.the street.
It's the first location from our honeymoon trip, I hope the rest will be at least close to this.
The most important thing here is the staff, and I'm not beeing fake polite. The two ladies (even the owner and his son) are amazing, I can't speak for others but we felt like part of the family.
