Lovely stay in Ximending area
Pros:

Unbeatable location! Located right next to Ximending shopping district and walking distance to Ximen Station but in a quieter street. You can have your sleep without any noise! The room is quite spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and attentive.

Comfortable, Cool, with Balcony
Pros:

It was a simple set up with a really comfortable bed and good in room air conditioning. Shower pressure was also great. Room was huge.

Cons:

No carpet, but that seems to be a norm in Taipei hotels so not really the hotels fault.

Comfortable modern quiet oasis in a busy district.
Pros:

Modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed large and comfortable. Great walk in shower. Hot water always available. Tv package useful. Lots of USB points to charge watches and phones. Balcony giving access to outside. Just loved our stay here.

Cons:

Nothing really. I would have liked chairs on the balcony so I could sit out there but otherwise perfect set up.

Pros:

Close in Ximending and Ximen Station surrounded with a lots of foods. Easy to locate and the hotel receptionist is very accommodating. They offer free drinks. In short I love the place.

Perfect location and perfect stay
Pros:

Best hotel so far in Taipei! Here the 2 best parts:
1. customer service: in years if travel i actually had some first time issues and the staff was perfectly helpful. Like some noob I acciedntly booked the wrong date and needed manual assiastance the change the booking 🙈 then during our stay my husband fell down some stairs and on his leg. The staff helped out like a pro!
2. best and most quiet air conditioner so far. Even had a night modus do the light doesnt disturb your sleep!

Modernes, sauberes, angenehmes Hotel in zentralen Lage
Pros:

Wir waren am Anfang der Reise für eine Woche in diesem Hotel im 11. Stockwerk und haben vor der Rückreise noch einmal hier übernachtet (jetzt im 12. Stockwerk). Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr belebten Straße in einem sehr belebten Viertel. Um die Ecke rum beginnt das Ausgehviertel und die Fußgängerzone in der Hanzong Street, der nächste U-Bahnhof (etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß) ist die MRT-Station Ximen. In dieser Fußgängerzone befinden sich viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Viele Frühstückslokale mit chinesischen Gerichten gibt's direkt in der Nachbarschaft. In der Straße befindet sich nach Süden auf der rechten Seite ein Geschäft des Netzbetreibers FET. Dort kann man per E-SIM oder SIM-Karte für einen Monat einen taiwanesischen Telefonvertrag mit taiwanesischen Telefonnummer kaufen. Das Hotel hat 15 Stockwerke, im obersten befindet sich eine Lounge mit kleiner Terrasse und schöner Aussicht. Hier befinden sich auch eine kleine Küchenzeile sowie Sitzecken, falls man sich ein Frühstück selbst zubereiten will. Im Haus befindet sch eine preiswerte Waschmöglichkeit für Kleidung. Das ganze Haus ist architektonisch und von der Ausstattung her in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Garage (150 NTD pro Tag) funktioniert gut. Unser Zimmer im 12. Stock mit Balkon war geräumig, sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Wegen des Straßenlärms empfiehlt sich ein Zimmer im 12., 13. oder 14. Stockwerk. Diese Stockwerke sind zurückgebaut und deswegen bedeutend lärmgeschützter.

Cons:

Die Zimmer nach vorne heraus und bis zum 11. Stockwerk sind - wegen des Verkehrslärms - laut. Die Betten sind für Menschen ab 1,85 m etwas kurz. Das Personal spricht nur teilweise Englisch. Übersetzung-Apps auf dem Mobiltelefon sind empfehlenswert.

Good Value for Money, Would stay again
Pros:

Comfy Bed, Not too Expensive, Clean Room and Bathroom, Nice amenities in the hotel including the lounge/roof top balcony. Short walk to Ximending and the Ximen MRT station.

Cons:

Just wish the bedside lamps actually fully turn off! They still remain dimly lit even when off.

The comforter was too thick and small. We couldn’t get a good night sleep. It was too hot with the comforter and too cold without it. The ac was not cold enough to cool us down.
