Breakfast was excellent and every staff member was exceptionally warm and friendly. Rooms were very spacious

Everything about our stay was just fine. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the hotel location is ideal for downtown Columbus (also known as uptown Columbus!) . . . Ample, convenient parking for a reasonable fee.

If i have to come back ill stay again
Pros:

Location was perfect for where I needed to go the next day.

Cons:

A wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything at the hotel was in good working order ( indoor pool), truly an exceptional stay!

Cons:

Paying for parking however the lot was big, open and clean.

Wonderful stay! Great location, clean, and the staff was very helpful and kind.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay for a swim meet nearby. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Hotel and room were clean and modern and felt safe. Appreciated all the breakfast options, and it was a great location.

Convenient, clean, safe
Pros:

Location works well for downtown Columbus. Convenient. Felt safe. On street parking was free and available.

Cons:

If I had to park in the deck, I would have liked not to pay. Fortunately I arranged my schedule to avoid paying for parking but really the hotel is expensive enough to provide free parking.
