Excellente option à Filandia
Pros:

Vieille demeure de Filandia avec un vrai cachet et une belle histoire. Chambre très agréable et assez grande. Accueil chaleureux. Au cœur du village et juste à côté de l’excellente « cocina del loco », le resto fantastique du jeffe Jorge.

Ampliamente recomendado, muy bien ubicado e instalaciones muy acogedoras.
Pros:

La atención del anfitrión fue excelente, super servicial todo el tiempo, las instalaciones muy lindas y muy bien conservadas.
Desayuno rico y buena atención por parte de los encargados en el hotel.
Cumplieron con todas nuestras peticiones, una especial es que hicimos checkout y finalizando la tarde mi papá no se sintió bien y necesitaba descansar, aúnn habiendo hecho ya el checkout me permitieron alojarlo a él allí por un par de horas sin costo adicional, el servicio fue excelente. Muy recomendado.

Poco agradable recibir habitaciones de tercera
Cons:

La verdad a los clientes dé booking siempre nos dejan las peores habitaciones. Sin ventana, la última, la más pequeña. La que hace calor, la verdad no aguanta volver a reservar por este medio.

The house in itself is beautiful! Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Value for money and located perfectly for visiting everything

Cons:

The rooms have windows towards the street, so it is noisy at night with cars/motorcycles driving by, dogs barking etc.

Good place to spend no more than two nights
Pros:

The house is a beautiful example of the proper old architecture in the region, was beautiful and you feel the experience as if you were local living over there

Cons:

As the town and region has this humid weather, the rooms got this humidity and it smelled and felled like old and humid, maybe it needs more ventilation.
Specially one of the rooms that didn’t have any windows and was very small. The other one was better.

Beautiful historical casita in a very lovely town.
Pros:

Beautiful historic family house wonderfully located and easy to find. Gracious hosts, and a very clean suite. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little basic, portions were small as compared to other boutique hotels we'd stayed at during our two-week tour of Columbia.

Nice old colonial house in Filandia.
Pros:

The woman that worked there was super nice and the owner was very responsive and helpful. There were some issues with our payment and he resolved it right away. The house is a cool old colonial building with high ceilings and a nice deck overlooking the street. Also having laundry service was very helpful.

Cons:

Things did get a little loud from the street on Saturday night, although it was very quiet the other two nights we stayed. Nothing earplugs can’t help.

A feel of the mountains close to downtown Filandia
Pros:

The hotel is great, cozy, comfortable with great and friendly staff (Irene) and a tasty breakfast with every morning . The terrace makes it the perfect place to stay. We were not confined to our room, the terrace has chairs, tables and a hammock with the view of the mountains. It makes you forget you are in the middle of town. We’ll go back for sure!
