The caretaker was trying his best to be helpful.

Cons:

You simply can't contact them if needed. They keep harping on payment from day 1 when you have booked on the basis of payment by a date. There is no coordination between Booking.com and Treebo. We cancelled a room (out of 3 rooms booked earlier)well within the permissible time but you are bombarded with request for payments for 3 rooms. When you try to call it is answered by an IVR and you don't get an answer and don't get to talk to any human! Very frustrating. I would never look at Treebo again for an accommodation.

Disappointing rooms but welcoming host
Pros:

24/7 hot water supply, excellent hospitality by Martin, clean washroom, adequate air conditioning, average breakfast, quiet surroundings

Cons:

Room had a lot of bugs, pillow covers were stained, lack of a dining table, cupboard needed cleaning, door lock kept jamming, no overriding (extra) locks from the inside, towel was of low quality, location had terrible last mile connectivity
