The room itself was okay and the location was convenient.

Cons:

There was a smell in the hallway. Soundproofing is quite poor—noise from other guests in the corridor during the evening and early morning constantly disturbed our sleep.

Lovely spot away from the usual backpacking trail
Pros:

Nice spot a short way back from the foreshore with lots of good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Travelling with my adult daughter so the twin room was ideal. Staff attentive and helpful with pretty good English in a city where this is less common.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room large. Bed, pillows and linen very comfortable. Air con and wifi worked well. Easy walk to the beachfront. Surrounded by places to eat and get coffee
