Pros:

Ubicacion y habitacion comoda. Baño agradable con agua caliente y un desayuno que cumple ( fruta, cafe y huevos con arepa o tostadas)
El personal amable y soldario para recibir las maletas y guardarlas un dia que nos fuimos al tayrona.

Estuvimos en las habitaciones de abajo y las superiores y realmente recomiendo las de abajo. Puede ser que las superiores tengan un espacio mas pero las otras son mas agradables en lo personal .

Cons:

Si tuvimos complicaciones al ingreso que por suerte habia alguien porque no nos habia llegado toda la informacion. Solicitar informacion de ingreso porque podes sentirte medio solitario al principio. Luego nos pudimos comunicar, nos atendio alguien y la verdad de 10.

Pero si solicitar toda la informacion porque llegar al centro historico de tarde que es desolado (se pone mucho mas lindo de noche) sin saber como ingresar es complicado.

Pros:

Tolles Colonialhaus mit großen Zimmern u.guter Austattung.
Gute Lage,trotz der sehr belebten Gasse um die Ecke,ein ruhiges Haus.

Cons:

Etwas mageres Frühstück,aber ok.

Hotel con encanto, bien ubicado y muy cómodo

Es un hotel en pleno centro histórico, con una ubicación ideal para moverse caminando a todos lados: restaurantes, bares, el malecón y los principales puntos de interés. El hotel es una casa colonial muy bonita, con una decoración cuidada y con mucho encanto. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy limpias. El ambiente es tranquilo, a pesar de estar tan céntrico, y el personal es amable y atento.

las chicas del personal en el hotel fue lo mejor, muy agradables

Cons:

se anuncia como un hotel de 4 estrellas pero al llegar alli tiene mas una sensacion Air bnb, no hay recepcion y las llaves estan en unas cajas, uno de los dias tampoco habia agua caliente. La estancia la puedo valorar como correcta pero no se corresponde con lo que se anuncia

La habitación.

Cons:

Los alrededores. La ubicación era buena, pero tenía muchos indigentes al rededor. No me gustó que no haya recepción 24 horas, me parece inseguro para los turistas. La atención virtual de la host fue muy buena y es muy amable.

Disappointing experience in spite of great looks, friendly service.

Cons:

Room was disappointing.
1. Bathroom door just wooden slats hanging from a rail, uncomfortable, no noise or smell isolation.
2. Bathroom not clean just washed but not with bleach, can see dirty edges - shower rug not clean. Hot water either scalding hot or regular cold, no fixing of normal warm water.
3. Mosquitoes everywhere. fumigate or spray before checking in, this was not done.
4. AC underpowered
5. Bedspread too thin and too small.
