Super Start in den Urlaub

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage nicht zu toppen, 5 Minuten zum BER, besser geht nicht....., wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

very good hotel- it will be my choise if I will need again a hotel near Berlin Brandenburg airport .
Pros:

I didn't eat breakfast there.
There is restaurant in the hotel, and a REWE store nearby.
The room is very well equipped, nice, clean and comfortable. Perfect location.

Cons:

2 notes for improvement: there are no signs to direct you to the hotel, nor in the train station, neither in the terminal.
No body lotion in the room.
I booked a quite room but at the reception I was asked to pay extra for it. I refused to pay extra, and received a quite room.

Gerne jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, alles zufriedenstellend (lediglich der Kaffe war nicht mein Geschmack- das lag wohl an der Röstung der Bohnen...)

Pros:

機場旁邊很方便，附近有超市。三人入住，房間很大，其中一人睡沙發床，很舒服。熱水壺壞掉，員工也及時協助更換。整體來說滿意。

Wenn ich als Deutsche bei einen deutschen Hotel englisch geschriebene Mailanfragen erhalte und da keine Übersetzungfunktion vorhanden sind.

This is our go-to hotel when flying from Berlin airport.
Pros:

The rooms are not big, but sufficient. The beds are comfy and the interior is clean and modern. The hotel is right next to a train station and the Berlin airport. Super convenient for traveling. The breakfast is good. It is much better than the typical hotel breakfast in the US, but more in the middle tier compared to other similarly-priced hotels in larger cities in Germany.

Cons:

In one of the rooms, the sliding bathroom door was stuck in the open position. We arrived late and did not want to deal with a repair crew or room change, but no being able to close the bathroom door was not ideal. And in general we were not fond of the window in the wall between bathroom and bedroom. Sure, there is a curtain on the bedroom side to block the view, but what's the point really?

Perfect stay for an early morning flight out of Berlin
Pros:

Very convenient to the airport. Only a short walk to the check in counter. And easy to get into the center of Berlin on public transportation.
Very quiet considering the location.

Cons:

Poor choice of television channels and the TV remote worked badly. No way to change the volume.
