Over all good bsring the incident at the reception.

Cons:

The reception staff was very rude, particularly th
e one who checked us in. Insisting on the full payment including the charges for extra bed at the time of checkin. A token deposit of 5000/- was done by us furing check in and we requested to pay the reminder after freshening up as the money was inside our luggage. However, barely could we reach the room, a perdon from the reception came to collect the reminder cash including charge for extra bed.
When asked for a receipt, they simply refued to provide one with. Very poor hospitality

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent. Even toilet seat was broken an un hygienic. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

The bed was full of long hairs from previous occupants. They did not bother to change linen for new guests. The towel was wet. The dining room was like a store room with luggage and some tables with some pooris and subji. We were horrified to see a rat running around in that room. I cant believe such hotels still exists

Very bad option, Look out for any other place.
Cons:

Pathetic service, the bedsheets were not clean, washroom had a stinky smell, Breaksfast was not ready @ 8.00 Pm. Had to leave without having my Breakfast. Over all a very bad experience. Would never ever recommend to any one.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious enough. The location is prime at Koramangala with good connectivity.

Cons:

1. Strong smoke smell in the room
2. No towels were provided
3. Breakfast was Below average.. But I didn't expect much for the price.

The first point was enough to make me awake the entire night.
