Highly recommend, would 100% return
Pros:

The hotel was excellent, two minute walk from Pisa Tower and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean and the facilities were spot-on. Not a massive choice for breakfast, but it has something for everyone. The garden is stunning!

Nous avons apprécié son emplacement proche du centre historique et son parking intérieur.
Petite bouteille d'eau et cantuccini offerts dans votre chambre, et petite attention remise à votre départ.

Cons:

Nous étions au premier étage : la hauteur des plafonds et de la mezzanine font que l'on est réveillé dès 7h30 par les bruits provenant du rez de chaussée où se trouve la salle du petit-déjeuner.

Pros:

Ottima colazione, buffet abbondante sia per dolce che per salato. Lo staff è molto cordiale anche con i bambini. Servizio al tavolo per bevande calde e succhi di frutta per bambini. Fantastico il parcheggio custodito all'interno della struttura anche se a pagamento almeno si dorme tranquilli ed è comodo per scaricare/caricare valigie e borse.

Great stay! Definitely my top choice in Pisa!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The building itself is beautiful, and the garden is truly charming and relaxing. The services were excellent throughout my stay, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

Breakfast was also a highlight — very tasty with a great variety of options to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a lovely atmosphere.

Posizione centrale

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla. Ci hanno ospitato in una depandance, distaccata dalla struttura principale, all’interno della quale vi era un forte odore di muffa e riscaldamento insufficiente.
Nella stanza c’era, infatti, un solo condizionatore, estremamente rumoroso e con una luce fissa che abbiamo dovuto sopportare tutta la notte.
Il bagno era quello per disabili privo del bidet.
Ho evidenziato queste criticità allo staff che mi ha detto che ne avrebbe parlato con la proprietà, dalla quale, tuttavia, non ho ricevuto alcuna spiegazione o comunicazione.
Sconsigliatissimo, visti i costi della camera e parcheggio (a pagamento), per le modalità poco trasparenti di comunicazione con l’utenza, che deve essere correttamente informata della possibilità di essere ospitata, anziché nella struttura principale che compare nelle foto, in un alloggio freddo e maleodorante sito nel cortile.

Heerlijk hotel op een superlocatie.
Pros:

Rustige buurt, dichtbij het centrum, ca 400 meter van de Toren van Pisa.
Priveparking tegen betaling.
Mooie tuin achter het hotel, waar je heerlijk kon zitten.

Fijne locatie, veilig gevoel, luxe kamer (ook voor lange mensen) en gastvrij personeel
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Heerlijke douche. De roomservice was ook erg fijn.
Toen ik aankwam werd er gelijk gevraagd of ik een taxi naar de luchthaven zou willen hebben.
Deze stond de volgende dag optijd klaar.

Cons:

Het personeel wist niet super veel van de televisie af dus ik heb het zelf opgelost. Ze probeerden me wel te helpen maar wisten niet goed hoe. Maar uiteindelijk deed de tv het wel goed en heb jik genoten.

Little gem of a hotel steps away from the Tower on a quiet street
Pros:

Perfect location just outside of Campo dei Miracoli and 5 minutes away from Pisa San Rossore train station. Nice boutique feel, clean and lovely staff.
