Pros:

Ho scelto questo hotel per la posizione e per il servizio di parcheggio interno, dovendo soggiornare solo una note. La struttura è tenuta molto bene e vicinissima a Piazza dei Miracoli. C'è un bellissimo parco interno e una terrazza sul retro dove poter fare colazione. La camera che ci è stata data è al piano terra, piccolina ma molto pulita e dotata di ogni accessorio. C'è una macchina per espresso con cialde e un bollitore che possono essere usati gratuitamente, viene data anche una bottiglia d'acqua e questo è un grande gesto di civiltà. Nella stanza anche un kit per stirare e addirittura un ombrello se dovesse servire. Il letto basso ma ho riposato comunque bene. Il vero plus di questo hotel è il servizio: grande professionalità, disponibilità, competenza e cortesia. Da solo questo vale una stella in più. Complimenti.
Per i viaggiatori LGBTQIA+ la struttura è queerfriendly

Cons:

Il bagno mancava del bidet anche se c'era una doccetta. Non so le altre stanze se ne sono dotate.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Pise
Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous, serviable et de bons conseils si vous cherchez un restaurant….
Cela vaut la peine de choisir le petit déjeuner italien qui propose beaucoup de choix, de douceurs.
L’aménagement extérieur de l’hôtel est superbe et vous avez un parking privé à l’arrière. L’emplacement est aussi idéal pour visiter Pise.

Cons:

La literie était de mauvaise qualité. Je n’ai pas su bien me reposer.

Staff davvero gentile e disponibile. Giardino bello e tranquillo. La possibilità di parcheggiare le auto all’interno del parcheggio privato davvero comoda.

Cons:

Stanza quadrupla un po’ piccolina ma assolutamente fattibile per una notte!

Perfect location, lovely room, friendly staff!
Pros:

Location was absolutely perfect, 5 minute walk from the tower. Staff were friendly, particularly Miriana who checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were big and comfortable, and the bathroom was great.
