A wonderful hotel, city and experience
Pros:

The hotel was so welcoming, the rooms and grounds were delightful. The breakfast selection was vast with quality produce along with the helpful, friendly staff. The hotel is situated so close to the Cathedral and tower, we could not fault anything, we would definitely return or recommend.

The weather, but that was our choice

Great place, great location and fabulous staff.
Pros:

Hotel is a very tastefully converted grand house, it feels very stylish and Italian. Location is perfect, less than a five minutes stroll and you're at the city wall gate that leads onto the square that's home to the Tower and the other main historical buildings. Breakfast was a delicious continental buffet with lots of choices.
The best thing about the place is the super friendly and helpful staff, we had a medical emergency whilst there and the staff went above and beyond to assist my wife, can't thank them enough!

La struttura si trova a pochi passi da piazza dei Miracoli, ha un parcheggio interno. La differenza la fa lo staff, gentili, disponibili, davvero accoglienti

Cons:

Il ristorante non ha una vera e propria cucina, i piatti offerti sono surgelati, una sera volevamo mangiare lì ma non c’era la possibilità di avere un toast
