Pros:

La posizione strategica rispetto al centro storico; la colazione è stata di nostro gradimento.

Cons:

All'interno della stanza abbiamo rinvenuto un odore acre molto molto intenso nonostante avessero appena terminato le pulizie, abbiamo dovuto avvisare la reception e aprire le finestre per arieggiare, poi si è risolto! La porta della camera presentava un difetto nella serratura, non sono riusciti a risolvere; aimé zanzare all'interno della stanza, probabilmente il clima molto umido ha creato questo disagio. La signorina della reception è stata molto carina e pronta ad assisterci in tutto, la struttura è storica ma avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione generale.

Ubicación excepcional. A 3 minutos andando de la Torre de Pisa y a 5 min de la vía principal de restaurantes etc.
Espacio encantador con jardin espectacular para desayunar.
Las habitaciones de 10 con muchos detalles.
Los empleados muy amables.
Muy recomendable.

Location was great

Cons:

The room was a dump. Decorated with cheap ikea furniture and looked half finished. Stains from the air conditioner running down the walls. Totally unacceptable for the price.

The location, you ca see the leaning tower of Pisa at the end of the street from where the hotel is located. Very quiet, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, excellent customer service , nothing was a problem for them, the hotel is beautiful, the grounds are so lovely and an area to sit and relax, we ate dinner there and the food was excellent as well as great value , the Italian breakfast is excellent value and very tasty, I felt the staff were the most welcoming and helpful and friendly , will recommend and come back again, only stayed one night and look forward to a longer stay next time

Quiet location close to Tower Fab staff
Pros:

Reception staff, Melania and Allessandro were outstanding. Very pleasant and helpful. Even carried our suitcases up and down the stairs. They also arranged breakfast to open 15mins early so we could catch our flight. Just short walk to Leaning tower.

Cons:

Peroni 00 €9.50!!

Heerlijk verbleven en top locatie!
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel.
Mijn man wilde zijn racefiets niet op de auto laten zitten. Het was geen probleem dat de fiets een nachtje binnen zou staan bij de receptie.

Voor ons was alles dik in orde
