Nuestra experiencia con el servicio de hoteles.com fue demasiado desagradable, ya que al llegar al lugar ni siquiera nos tenían reservado el hospedaje, el administrador muy amablemente nos ayudó a acomodandonos cómo pudo, y brindándonos un gran servicio, lo que no es bueno es que la página no le pague a los hospedajes que tiene registrados, el lugar donde nos quedamos tiene varias cuántas pendientes de pago por parte de Expedia lo que hace que no quieran brindar el servicio y con justa razón, ya que están perdiendo por qué no les pagan. Agradezco den respuesta si es posible y garanticen el pago del servicio que nos prestaron
