Pros:

We loved this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and the room was big, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty. You get the option of three types of eggs that are cooked fresh for you alongside buffet style options. Location was walking distance to Chiang Mai center in a quiet location.

Muy buen desayuno, me faltรณ embutido, pero por lo demรกs, tenรญa de todo, muy bueno. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Nuestra habitaciรณn era enorme. La ubicaciรณn estupenda, a 3 minutos andando de la Tha Phae gate, y a pesar de estar cerca del centro, no habรญa ni un ruido en la habitaciรณn, dormimos estupendamente.

A hidden gem
Pros:

Room was better than we imagined. they provided us a bigger than we initially booked. Silent area - not many loud noises at night. Room was clean, no bed bugs were present. Not far from old city, around 5-10 mins walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel fully matches the description

Pleasant stay in Chiang Mai
Pros:

The kindness and help of the staff, great service, very well located hotel close to clothing stores, old town, 7Eleven, cafeterias and banks. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Worth the money.
