Super service very helpful staff

I travel around Europe a lot, and I've quietly accepted that hotel staff here are professional, polished — and rarely go an inch beyond what's required. Allure quietly dismantled that assumption from the moment I walked in.

The staff are warm in a way that feels completely natural, not scripted. But here's what sets them apart: the warmth is backed by genuine competence. Not a single question went unanswered. Not a single personal problem — even ones that had nothing to do with the hotel — was left unsolved. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing. This isn't the kind of friendliness that papers over incompetence. It's both, at the same time, at the highest level. I genuinely can't remember the last time I encountered that combination.

My perennial complaint with hotels is noise. It's always something — the neighbours through the wall, the street outside, or both at once. At Allure, I simply slept in silence. The hotel sits right in the heart of Prague — everything worth seeing is 10–15 minutes on foot — yet it's tucked on a quiet side street with no traffic, no noise. And some of that quiet is clearly down to the build quality, which is excellent throughout.

The rooms are thoughtfully designed, not just well-finished. Furniture, lighting, colour — everything works together. It all feels fresh and considered, like someone actually cared about how it looked.

Breakfast has been praised by plenty of others, rightly so. Is the selection smaller than at a Hilton or Marriott? Perhaps. But homemade pastries and house-made yoghurt beat a conveyor-belt buffet every time.

One last thing: don't skip B21, the bar downstairs. Order the Thermal Spritz. I never thought of myself as a cocktail person. I do now.

Struttura nuova, accogliente e in posizione strategica: vicina alle principali attrazioni (raggiungibili anche a piedi )e alle principali fermate dei mezzi pubblici (puntuali e frequenti).
La colazione internazionale, varia e ricca di prodotti di ottima qualità. Buono anche il cappuccino.
La stanza bella, ampia e molto pulita. Letti comodissimi.
Macchina del caffè e tisane a disposizione nella stanza.

Clean, modern and elegant design. This sets it a head above other hotels in Prague. It matches exactly how it looks in the photos. Even the public bathrooms felt very luxurious and pleasant to use.

Friendly and accomodating staff - allowing us to use the bar space to refresh and repack since we arrived many hours before check in. Also messaged when the room was ready and allowed us to check in early. Provided free water bottles on request to take with us through the hot summer.

Great location very close to the river and the centre of the old town.
