Nice big lobby. Nice pool with a hot tub. Close to a great running/biking path.
Breakfast was order only (no buffet or continental offered). If you're in a hurry, this isn't great. Hotel was close (about a half mile) from a good running/biking path but the first few blocks have no sidewalks on a very crowded road. Not too big a deal.
very clean and modern
Salted pool, location, quietness, layout, modern minimalist interior design.
Beds are comfortable, showers and bathrooms are great. A very clean, nice experience. There are a few coffee cafes (driving only) that are very nice close to the hotel. A nice breakfast.
Rooms are fairly small. There is little storage for clothes and items. Parking is somewhat limited.
Gorgeous. Safe. Clean.
Beds are rock hard. Couldn’t sleep. Got up sore. Need more help in the restaurant. Food was terrible.
Black out curtains
Rough comforter!
Wow. A very pleasant surprise. Just stayed there for one night but we would not hesitate for a moment to come back again - in fact we look forward to it. Extremely well maintained, excellent pool area and spa and friendly staff. Located in a nice area and away from street noise. Our only disappointment was hearing that the Eddy is not a chain where we could visit in other trips, but if other Hilton Tapestry Collection hotels are as good as this then we might start staying with Hiltons again
I usually love this hotel. Nit this stay. The heater was not working. Room was 67*. I asked the front desk attendant (two different individuals). When we returned from dinner we were told everything was fine. It wasn’t the room was at 66*. We decided to go to bed as it was late. It was 64* when we woke up. I advised the front desk in the morning of the issue.
Complete indifference.
I sometimes wonder if staff think these hotels simply run themselves and patrons are all people with uncritical and indiscriminat needs.

So many issues!
- Window looked out at a rock wall
- Windows didn't open and room smelled and was stuffy
- No drinking water in room
- Light switches were wired backwards on night stand
- Bathroom light switch was broken
- Parking was limited
- Breakfast was slow and over priced ($18 for two pancakes, one strawberry with an ounce of syrup?!...didn't even get butter!), not to mention under staffed
Checking in for a week and it has not started off well. Front desk person was FAR from friendly. We grabbed the only luggage cart and the wheels were flat. As we walked by front desk we said oh these wheels are flat - he said I'll tell maintenance. Not let me find you another one or anything to be helpful. All he wanted to do was go back to his phone.
My husband then went down to see if we could get a better view room - not an upgrade but a view of the surrounding mountains and not the empty landscape we are looking at now. His response was no all the other rooms are blocked out. Everyone gets a view of the parking lot.
The bathroom has a barn door type door on rollers - you literally have to yank the door to close it and I’m sure we will wake anyone below us as it makes a loud noise. It appears it’s not on the track correctly.
We are and have been Gold Elite with Marriott and thought we would try it Hilton for a while - with this kind of customer service I guess we have our answer.
I will update my stars at the end of the trip if necessary.
