Excellent. would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The Lady manager was extremely helpful. I do not remember her name. Her shift was was morning until 4.00pm. A really nice, kind and accommodating lady. She is a real asset to the hotel, as were all the staff. But she shone.

All good. nothing bad at all.

Une très bonne solution d'hébergement à Assouan. Mention spéciale pour la qualité de l'accueil
Pros:

l'Hôtel est propre et bien géré. La chambre que j'ai utilisé n'était pas neuve mais tout à fait confortable et propre. La salle de bain était très bien, ce qui n'est pas si fréquent en Egypte où la plomberie est souvent déficiente. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. Le service de laundry très efficace.
Deux points très satisfaisant à souligner :
-bien que central et à proximité immédiate du souk, l'hôtel est calme et silencieux, ce qui en Egypte est un luxe.
-le personnel est vraiment sympathique, attentif et efficace.

Cons:

-le wifi plutôt insuffisant
-l'insonorisation des chambres (portes en particulier)
-pas de possibilité de restauration le soir.

Volvería sin duda alguna
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El baño estaba nuevo, al igual que las sábanas y toallas. Nos recibieron con fruta y agua. El desayuno está bien, es igual al de todos los hoteles. Y el staff es lo mejor, todos te atienden con una sonrisa (sobretodo los que sirven el desayuno). Las habitaciones están muy bien en comparación con otros hoteles. De hecho, volvimos 2 veces porque nos pareció un hotel súper funcional, limpio y amable.

Cons:

El precio es un poco elevado en relación a los precios en todo Egipto, siendo que no es un hotel de lujo.

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra bo w mieście a nie na wyspie. Standard hotelu dobry. Nie było w pokoju suszarki do włosów i czajnika ale jak poprosiliśmy to dostaliśmy. Wzięliśmy z hotelu wycieczkę do Abu Simbel w dobrej cenie, więc polecamy. W nocy jest dosyć głośno bo hotel jest przy deptaku z bazarem, radzę wziąć zatyczki do uszu które zresztą się przydają w wielu miejscach w Egipcie bo zazwyczaj jest głośno nocą. To był nasz najdroższy nocleg w Egipcie ale w Asuanie noclegi w mieście są drogie w stosunku do tych na wyspie, nie wiem dlaczego.
