Pros:

Walking distance to the port, and right next to the market. Good value for money, staff were nice. They give complimentary fruits in the room upon arrival. They also packed us breakfast since our excursion was early in the morning which was very nice of them.

Cons:

The room was a little small, couldn’t open our 2 medium suitcases since there’s no space. Walls are thin, we could hear people from outside when we were sleeping.

اقامة سيئة جداً ولا انصح به مطلقاً فهو يتقاضي مبلغاً مرتفعاً للأقامة دون تقديم ثمة خدمة حقيقة .

كان الفطار سئ للغاية والمكونات رديئة جداً

Cons:

كان التعامل سئ من لحظة الوصول حيث تم طلب اموال أضافية ، ثم يأتى الأزعاج الدائم من العاملين فى الفندق بما يقلق الراحة ، وكذلك وجود تعامل سئ من بعض الموظفين الذين يمنعون استقبال الضيوف فى بهو الفندق ، مع اغلاق التكييف فى الصالة الرئيسة الارضية ووجود حرارة لا تطاق اثناء استقبال الضيوف او تناول الوجبات ، وفى الأخير وجود روائح كريهة فى المصعد .

Ottimo soggiorno ad Aswan, struttura consigliata.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno al Cleopatra Hotel di Aswan. La camera era pulita e confortevole, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile e la posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Abbiamo apprezzato anche l’attenzione alle nostre esigenze durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e non abbiamo riscontrato problemi.

Very good hotel located in the downtown of Aswan, the staff is very kindly and helpful, especially Omnia. Each day they offered fruits, it is so good.

Good value for money
Pros:

Its very near the market and cornish and railway station for our sleeper train. The staffs really accomodating and gave our breakfast bag for our early start of the tour whicjh I appreciate it a lot.

Cons:

Slightly loud during the night because of the souks but its understandable

Excellent Location & Outstanding Hospitality!
Pros:

The location is amazing—just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Knowing we were leaving for Abu Simbel in the early morning, they kindly prepared breakfast boxes for us in advance. Although an unexpected issue came up during the night, the management ultimately handled it in a way that left me highly satisfied.

Cons:

​The night shift staff seemed to lack the authority to handle emergencies, making it impossible to resolve the issue immediately on the spot.
