Het personeel was niet opgeleid.
Inchecken duurde 40 min, daar het personeel gezellig aan het praten was aan de receptie en wij maar wachten. Kreeg een rokerskamer, wat niet de bedoeling was. Kregen de kamer pas na 16uur. Werken aan het gedeelte van het restaurant, bij het ontbijt en avonddiner. Al hetgeen we bestelden duurden heel lang en kregen maar de helft van de bestelling.

Food offerings by the pool could be better, and service from the F&B staff - though the pool guys with parasols etc were brilliant. Didn't get a runthrough of the hotel's amenities on check in, which would have been useful.
