A perfect stay
Pros:

A beautiful hotel, immaculately clean, in palatial surroundings. The rooms are a very generous size and beautifully designed and the bath rooms are gorgeous too. The hotel generously left lots of fresh fruit, nuts and Moroccan sweet treats for us when we arrived. The staff are amazing, so friendly and can’t do enough for you, service with a smile and very professional. We really enjoyed our one night stay here and will definitely come back.

O check in da maiorias dos hotel é as 14 horas, cheguei as 16:30 no hotel e tive que esperar ainda uma hora e meia para arrumarem o quardo.
A sauna seca e unida do hotel não funciona nao aquecia suficoente.
O restaurante iraniano atendimendo foi pessino.
O ponto forte do hotel e sia arquitetura.

Féerique, j'ai trouvé ce que je cherchais, repos, calme, cadre agréable et les senteurs magiques
Pros:

architecture et senteurs reposants et très agréables . Vue magique. personnel très professionnel et adorable, du premier jour au dernier jour. Buffet petit Déjeuner plus que parfait. sentiers forêt belle découverte. Très agréable séjour. je recommande .

Cons:

Coin lecture au niveau des Salons (plus de livres sur l'art, histoire de Tanger, histoire de l'édifice en lui même...etc.
Propreté des canapés autour de la piscine.
Plus de choix sur la carte du restaurant piscine

An incredible stay
Pros:

The hotel is incredible, we loved the private garden and the forest beneath. Incredible walk in the morning and afternoon. Very peaceful.
The bathtub has a nice window overlooking the private garden.
The room is beautiful and all amenities are great.
The in room dining offered great food.

Cons:

This is nitpicking but I had a small issue when I reserved the hotel taxi a night before for a 6 am ride, they told me a price then when I was paying directly before my ride they asked for a higher price.

One more thing because I’m a photographer :), they have beautiful old photography in the room wall, but one of the photos is printed twice with two different sizes, for me this weakens the collection, they should replace the smaller print with another photo.
This comment shows that I don’t find much to complain about :)

Cons:

- reception desk doesn’t accept 500€ banknotes and there are no warnings about it in advance
- you can’t pay for food at check-out. We had very unpleasant situation with the staff: when we returned to the room after dinner reception desk called us and told us that we must pay immediately and that we can not do it upon check-out. The guy from reception came to our room for money in several minutes. That was quite rude and doesn’t match expectations from a 5-star hotel
- after breakfast we had similar situation: we literally were convoyed to the reception desk to pay for it.
- staff parks luxury cars in front of the entrance door and common cars are hided far from it

Overall the hotel itself is big and beautiful but staff’s attitude made us feel very uncomfortable there

Un lieu idyllique et majestueux mais service trop inégal.
Pros:

Gentillesse extrême du personnel.
Spécifiquement Amal qui s’est occupé de notre chambre.
Et la personne en charge des crêpes au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Service inégal ou absent.
Pas de service « couverture «  les 2 premiers soirs.
Service très moyen autour de la piscine, pas de proposition. Inégal au petit déjeuner, table non débarrassée, pas de boissons chaudes proposées. Service plutôt lent. C’est dommage. Le dernier matin de notre séjour tout était en place et c’était beaucoup mieux.
