Important information:

Please note that breakfast is served as a MiniBuffe Breakfast with a light choice of items until further notice.
For reservations longer than 28 nights UNITY requires a deposit to be paid.
For reservations of 29-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 sek is required and for reservations of 60+ nights a deposit of 10 000 sek is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival.
Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee.
UNITY allows a maximum stay of 6 months.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great value for money
Pros:

The room was clean and it had all the essentials. Nice new clean bathroom and a good shower. Kitchen had plates, glasses etc. Supermarket very close, a few minutes away. Great value for money!

Cons:

The bed was quite small if you're travelling with a friend. The location was a bit further away from Värnhem than expected, but the closest bus stop was super close. Also I didn't like that we had to take our own trash out.

Cons:

when i first entered, it could have been cleaner as i gound some stains on the counter etc. also the tv was not working and there were workers coming in to check some things and I was not told about this going to happen
