Important information:

Please note that breakfast is served as a MiniBuffe Breakfast with a light choice of items until further notice.
For reservations longer than 28 nights UNITY requires a deposit to be paid.
For reservations of 29-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 sek is required and for reservations of 60+ nights a deposit of 10 000 sek is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival.
Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee.
UNITY allows a maximum stay of 6 months.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Really good affordable smart aparthotel
Pros:

High class excellently finished affordable accommodation, well thought out design and a beautiful glass chill out and dining area full of superb plants . Staff couldn't be more helpful, lovely people

Cons:

As others have mentioned, it doesn't have ac in the rooms so they get hot when it's very warm weather.
It's a bit of a way from the restaurants and bars in the centre, but upside of that is it's nice and quiet

Saubere und moderne Unterkunft, aber ungünstige Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war neu und modern und besonders sauber.
Auch Fahrräder konnten wir ausleihen, was sehr gut war und sich in Malmö anbietet.

Cons:

Die Lage war zwar relativ zentrumsnah, dennoch war das Hostel direkt in einem Neubauviertel gelegen, sodass um uns herum nur Baustelle war, was man uns vorher hätte mitteilen können. Durch die freien Flächen sammelten sich genau vor unserem Fenster Möwen an, sodass Tag und Nacht Lärm war.
Auch war es in der Wohnung super heiß, da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelte.
Weder Spüli noch Küchengeschirr existieren in der Wohnung.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit prima Ausstattung
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind klein aber prima ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Toll fand ich auch den Fahrradverleih, das ist in Malmö das beste Fortbewegungsmittel.

Would have been a good stay except for problems as noted.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean room, roomy bathroom with a good shower.

Cons:

Parking garage was at least a quarter mile away, with an extra charge. We were not informed at check-in that a separate key was needed to enter after hours, so we were back and forth late at night. The TV needed to be linked to our phone to work, and we were never able to get it to work, even with help from a very nice employee. That would not have been important if it hadn’t been World Cup time and there were some big games we wanted to watch. These two factors really inhibited our enjoyment of Unity Malmo.
