Important information:

Please note that breakfast is served as a MiniBuffe Breakfast with a light choice of items until further notice.
For reservations longer than 28 nights UNITY requires a deposit to be paid.
For reservations of 29-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 sek is required and for reservations of 60+ nights a deposit of 10 000 sek is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival.
Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee.
UNITY allows a maximum stay of 6 months.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Wszytsko było w jak najlepszym pozadku, bardzo czysty hotel.

Cons:

Troche małe łóżko i twarda poduszka.
Bardzo źle oceniam rozwiazanie z parkingiem, który jest 800 m od hotelu w parkingu podziemnym w sklepie. Parking jest bardzo zniszczony, dziury w podłodze, zdechłe szczury. Parking jest płatny, a warunki straszne, wolałabym znaleźć inny Parking na własną rękę i za niego zapłacić.

Great quality for a price
Pros:

The concept of living as if in an apartment is great. It has all what needed, a lot of storage space, kitchenette, dishwasher. The breakfast was enough. Easy to get to the rail station, 15-20 by foot. Good to have a late check out if you are registered in loyalty program. Hot water in shower was great. Very quite, warm in the room.

Cons:

We liked everything. To make this hotel even more great is to make some small improvements: maybe to have slippers in the room, more comfortable pillows and 100% cotton bed sheets. As poliester ones were very static. Also we couldn’t pull up Netflix on the tv but Youtube worked fine. Thank you again!

Det var fint og rent.

Cons:

Personalet var ikke så imødekommende. Havde betalt hjemmefra, men det havde hotellet ikke så godt styr på. I stedet for at sige, det finder jeg lige ud af og tjekker op på, blev stemningen lidt dårlig, og følte næsten, at vedkommende forventede, jeg betalte igen til trods for fremvisning af kvittering. Til sidst fandt han min indbetaling, men han glemte at undskylde for ulejligheden.

Slim ingerichte kamer en heel vriendelijk personeel. De waterkoker op mijn kamer was kapot en ze regelden meteen een nieuwe en een gratis kop thee bij de receptie.
