Important information:

Please note that breakfast is served as a MiniBuffe Breakfast with a light choice of items until further notice.

Deposit
For reservations up to 28 nights, UNITY do not requires a deposit to be paid.
For reservations of 29-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 SEK is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 SEK is required.
The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival.

Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee.

UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 2 nights between reservations.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Jag gillade köket och badrummet var fräsch

Cons:

Var svårt att få crome casten att funka, men provade byta intag bakom tvn och då funkade den. Sängen var hård men sov ändå bra förvånansvärt, en tjockare bäddmadrass har gjort det bättre nu kändes det som att det bara var ett madrasskydd på sängen. Läst mycket omdöme att många gäster tycker den är för hård

Het is een appartement hotel, dus je verblijft in een volledig ingericht appartement, die je ook voor langere tijd (tot max 3 maanden) kunt huren. Goede voorzieningen en service, waaronder mogelijkheid om vegan te ontbijten.

3 vrste salame,paprika,pahuljice i to je to. Čista 0!

Sehr Sauber & große Unterkunft aber Gegend/Lage mittelmäßig und Parkkomfort gleich null

Sauberes und großes Apartment
Es gibt ein kleines Gym was zumindest für Cardio reicht
Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden
Mitarbeiter sind nett und verständnisvoll

Cons:

Parkplatz ist 1,5km weit weg in irgendeinem Einkaufszentrum wo es nur so von Obdachlosen wimmelt und kostet noch dazu eine ordentliche Stange Geld. Einchecken dauert ewig lang

Super Unterkunft für Geschäftsreise
Pros:

Super für meine kurze Geschäftsreise, sodass ich zur Arbeit easy zu Fuss gehen konnte. Küche hatte alles was ich brauchte, um den Feierabend einzuläuten. Ungewöhnlich das der Müll selber entsorgt wird( separater Müllraum). War aber nicht schlimm 🙂 Grosse Workspace Area.

Cons:

Außenbeleuchtung im Innenhof war die ganze Nacht über an.
