Important information:

Please note that breakfast is served as a MiniBuffe Breakfast with a light choice of items until further notice.
For reservations longer than 28 nights UNITY requires a deposit to be paid.
For reservations of 29-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 sek is required and for reservations of 60+ nights a deposit of 10 000 sek is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival.
Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee.
UNITY allows a maximum stay of 6 months.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Fast and effective service and clean, simple facilities with all the necessary appliances.
Pros:

Pretty much everything.

Cons:

Some of the stuff is clearly less experienced but that is to be expected. It does not in any way diminish the overall experience and it hardly falls under dislike.

Дуже доброзичливий персонал.
Оранжерея.
Міні-кухня, на якій можна приготувати обід та вечерю (супермаркет недалеко).
Добра ванна кімната, все працює, все чисто. Не економлять на туалетному папері, а це взагалі зараз рідкість :).

Cons:

Ліжко завузьке для двох.
Немає кондиціонеру, у теплий день навіть з відкритим вікном трохи душно.
Chromecast зі всіма своїми проблемами сумісності замість звичайного локального телебачення, яке б додало атмосфери.
На сніданок не подають гарячих страв, і це фіаско. При тому, що шведські м'ясні кульки -- це ж справжній локальний хіт на всі часи, і це ж не лобстери там якісь, чому б не подавати їх на сніданок?

Pros:

Ett trevligt Hotell, med vänlig personal. Bra beläget.

Cons:

Frukosten var lite knapp, i min smak. Man blev nog mätt, men urvalet var inte så stort.

Nice and calm hotel.
Pros:

Overall 9 out of 10. Modern facilities, very clean, nice location. Green areas are amazing. The hotel has quite and peaceful atmosphere.

Cons:

I would propose for a breakfast to provide more options. Such as scrumbled eggs, other hot meals.

The breakfast mostly consist of the sweet things.

Traveling is exhausting. Staying at Unity is relaxing.
Pros:

It's very quiet, clean, and has just what I need. One grocery store a block away, and lots of shops a few blocks away. Easy to get all over the city by bike. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It's a bit far from the beach, but otherwise I love the location.
