Lovely staff
Pros:

The staff were so lovely. I had to go to hospital at midnight and they helped me get a safe car there and advised me where to go. Also gave me a late check out for the next day which was super helpful

Pros:

I stay here regularly, and as always this stay was comfortable and pleasant. Staff are always helpful, everything is clean and comfortable, and the central location makes it very easy to get around.

Cons:

Das Restaurant des Hotels würde ich meiden. Statt des bestellten Steak bekam ich Fisch. Der Preis für Bier stand nicht in der Menükarte, um so überraschter war ich, dass ich der Preis auf der Rechnung doppelt so hoch war, wie in den besten Restaurants auf unserer zweiwöchigen Reise durch Uganda. Ich denke, der Kellner hat sich das Geld in die Tasche gesteckt.

Good hotel and central but the many stores within the same building made me security conscious

Central, lots of room options, can walk to busy vibrant stores

Cons:

Outside the hotel is noisy with so many retail stores within the same building and public can easily access the hotel makes one a little nervous on security aspects. I saw an Indian man guest shouting rudely at breakfast to staff members that put me off my breakfast. Management should have a policy that both guess and staffs needs to treat everyone with respect and dignity. It’s unacceptable guests should be allowed to talk down in a demeaning way to hotel staff members without repercussions.

The hotel is nice, the area - not that good
Pros:

The restaurant of the hotel and the room facilities were nice. Prices in the restaurant are reasonable.
There was cleaning service on a daily basis, payment by card was possible (no additional surcharge), the staff was nice and professional and we felt safe.
Wi-fi was also good.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is central but I do not recommend this area as it is hectic, super busy, dirty and not safe after sunset.
If you are on a business trip it is a good place to stay, if you are on a vacation, i dont think the central area is the best option.
Some of the rooms that are described as rooms with windows actually have windows outlooking the corridor of the hotel. This was not a huge downside but you should know it if having daily light is crucial for you.
