This was my 2nd ever stay at this hotel and it's about the same as it was last time. Breakfast was good, mixture of continental and traditional Ugandan foods. Restaurant food is great quality and quantity. Good central location.
Beds are still a bit hard for liking. You do get used to them after a while but still it's a common complaint I've seen in reviews before.

There’s nothing to say about the property
Das Frühstück war fantastisch und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und top eingerichtet.
Im Restaurant servieren sie sehr gutes Internationales Essen, besonders autentischhe indische Gerichte.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass man andere Orte in Kampala gut erreichen kann.
Mit der guten Lage kömmt auch der Verkehrslärm am Tage.
I travel to Kampala regularly and Koki has become my base every time. Very clean and comfortable, centrally located, friendly staff. Being able to check in any time is a winner and what sets this hotel apart from everywhere else, I never have to worry about waiting around for an afternoon check in after a long flight when I arrive in the morning. I really appreciate being able to get to the hotel and check straight in.
No complaints. The one thing that would make it even better would be if a safe was provided in the room. In the years I’ve been staying here I’ve never had concerns about security, but the added peace of mind would be a great addition.

The hotel is wonderful. A tremendous amount of effort is clearly being put into it. Excellent value for money.
The staff are unbelievably friendly and genuinely eager to help you in every possible way—Samuel, Harold, the elevator attendant, and the lady responsible for housekeeping.
A very comfortable place, excellent value for money, and cleanliness that is unusually impressive for Africa.
The location is right in the city center and is excellent. It’s a little crowded, but honestly, that’s not a major drawback.
To be completely objective, I really couldn’t find any significant disadvantages, especially considering the reasonable price and the fact that breakfast is included and quite good.
It’s not a five-star hotel, but it offers excellent value for money, and I left feeling completely satisfied with my stay

The location was not good
The staff were wonderful and very helpful, good customer care. The food was also good
The noise from the transportation but that's understandable because of the location in the town center so over all it was good
This is obviously a city centre hotel and it us a very big one. It was highly unlikely that the majority of the levels are being used. Hotel entrance is on the 8th floor but there is a welcome desk at the equivalent ground floor. Underground parking us at -2. It's a bit awkward getting from the car park to the room. Breakfast was good and there is a restaurant with good food too. There is also a lovely restaurant within 4 minutes walk. We had a room with a window but the window is onto a corridor and that means that there is little natural light
Lighting was poor but that's about it.
The room is super clean. They take care of all the great details. Slippers are modern, and the bathroom is modern with a showering matt. The showering is what is expected, great, smells nice and enough for two guests. The bed is really comfortable, the pillows were more than enough, the linens are exquisite, the room lights are so great on the eyes and the side bed light has a brightness adjusting knob which is really great. I loved my whole bed experience plus my time in the shower. The heater works really fasts and it is Ariston so no big surprises. The curtains are top notch, they block the light really well at night and when opened in the morning, lets in all that morning light for a fresh new day. The breakfast is the best in Kampala and I have stayed at multiple hotels. If anyone is to book for any hotel around Kampala CBD and would love to get a 360 breakfast, don't try it anywhere else, just go to Koki hotel, I loved it to the maximum.
The internet is fast, restaurant people respond really fast and the food for in room service was super nice. The security guy at the elevator is really sweet and super helpful plus all the people at the reception. They all speak with a great smile knowing they work in hospitality. They are never annoyed even when a client may seem upset.
The accessibility to this hotel is top notch. It is literally just there. City square, free parking, elevator, everything just works at this place.
Nothing big for sure. I loved everything and i would recommend this hotel to anyone on the planet who needs value for their $70-$100 spent in one night.
Maybe a request for the future. If they can introduce a robot to deliver food into the rooms. That would be great. It is something I saw in china but I am not saying should be here next week or so, just a future request. Very good for privacy.
