Pros:

Pool is fine; they have a children's pool also. The staff are polite, but the cleanliness is poor. The pedicure isn't the best, but the food is good.

Ich bin um halb fünf Uhr morgens im Hotel angekommen. Obwohl der Check-in eigentlich erst ab 14:00 Uhr war, hat sich die Rezeption sehr bemüht, mir trotzdem ein Zimmer zu geben, obwohl das Hotel voll war. (Vielen Dank, Herr Alaa)

Der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet, und das Personal hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen, sogar zusätzliche Dinge. (Vielen Dank, Herr Walid)

Das Hotel war tatsächlich neu und die Dienstleistungen waren hervorragend.

It was a perfect honeymoon vacation

We came here for our honeymoon. We booked a posh club room. The entire team, especially Nourhan, took excellent care of us. They made us feel very special. This is a hotel I'd love to come back to.

I will never book here again due to several issues that negatively impacted my vacation. However, the biggest disappointment was the unprofessional and rude behavior of the reception staff. They clearly lacked knowledge and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price

This resort is significantly overpriced compared to others that offer similar or better services for less than half the cost. The staff were not particularly helpful or accommodating when issues arose, which made the stay even more frustrating.

The beach is not a true sandy beach, so if you're not a strong swimmer, you're basically stuck using the crowded pools full of children. On top of that, ongoing construction made the area noisy and certain facilities were unavailable, which was never mentioned beforehand.

The only entertainment on evenings was some music (same songs every day) with some girls dancing. Very poor so we ended up going to bed after dinner because nothing to do around.

The food was a major letdown — repetitive and of very poor quality. It felt like the same uninspired options were served every single day.

Overall, I left feeling confused about the high price tag. It certainly didn’t reflect the value or experience. I would NOT return and cannot recommend this resort.

I've stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, but White Hills truly stands out. Honestly, it’s even better than Rixos Sharm – and that says a lot.

The service? Just wow.
From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was perfect.
Huge shoutout to the amazing front desk team – Hamza, Gamal, and Mohamed – for their warm welcome and outstanding care.

In the dining area, Ahmad, Shadi, and Fadi were beyond professional – always smiling, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed.

And by the pool, Mohamed and Mahmoud kept the vibe alive – super friendly and always around to help with a smile.

This place is not just a hotel – it's an experience. Can’t wait to come back!
