Empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Wir waren am Freitag EMF und am Samstag Skifahren. Das Hotel liegt nur 15 min mit dem Taxi von Sölden entfernt und es sind auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Talstation! Wir hatten eine Suite und waren 5 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer. Eine Person schlief auf dem Ausziehsofa und der Raum war aber auch nochmals extra mit einer Tür getrennt vom Rest - für uns war das ideal! Das Frühstück war super - es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und am Abend das Essen war auch sehr gut! - Vielen Dank nochmals für das Essen und die Getränke - das hatten wir so nicht erwartet!!! Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Outstanding hotel. Very welcoming staff. Very friendly to kids, despite giving off the air off an adults-orientated spa hotel. Short walk to centre of village, minisupermarket nearby

Locatie dichtbij de liften. Zwembad. Modern recent complex.

Het eten viel tegen, we kregen iets anders dan wat op de menu stond en was niet altijd warm. Soms zat er bij de hoofdschotel geen groenten bij. Zeer simpele gerechten, geen 4 sterren waardig. Vooral het personeel was niet aangenaam in de eetruimte. Niet vriendelijk, niemand sprak Duits, zaten heel de tijd op hun telefoon. Een goedemorgen was zelfs teveel.
Geen eigen terras dus iedereen kon bij je binnen kijken. Geen terrasmeubels waardoor je natte skikledij niet kan ophangen.Bedden waren zeer hard.
We hadden dan ook nog de pech dat het hotel vol met Engelsen zat, wat een kabaal van die kinderen en de ouders keken er niet naar. Conclusie is dat dit geen 4 sterren hotel is maar eerder 3. Voor hetzelfde geld boek ik elders een 4 sterren superior hotel.

Everything at The Moss was excellent, we were very well looked after by Monica and the team, the food and service were great, room was great, the pool and sauna were excellent, we couldn't have asked for more from our stay in Obergurgl!

Comfortable, friendly, good food, convenient.
Pros:

We really enjoyed The Moss. Staff super friendly and helpful (starting with Monica on Reception, super kind & friendly); the pool/sauna great with kids; food was v good and big portions (although dinner sometimes a bit slow to come); and bespoke karaoke session with the kids was ace !

We’d recommend and we’ll be back ;-)

Great place with some tender loving are it could be even better
Pros:

Very clean and warm , great rooms
The manageress was excellent and very helpful
Food was excellent

Cons:

Lacked a little atmosphere needs to have the bar more as a focus after skiing

Can’t beat this for a family ski stay. Some of the negative reviews on here are baffling!
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, spa, bar and dining.

Cons:

Family room was a bit snug. Kettle and little fridge would be handy.

Pros:

All staff (reception, bar, restaurant, cleaners) were excellent and very helpful who went the extra mile to help following a ski injury to one of our party
Close to the slopes

Уютен хотел. Много любезен персонал. Вечерята беше ммого добра. Избор от 4 ястия плюс стартер и десерт. Отоплен ски гардероб. Спирка на скибусът и ски рента точно пред хотелът. Платен 10 евро на ден вътрешен паркинг

Teplota v pokoji nepřesáhne 19 st. Okny táhne.na konci pobytu zaplatíte za používání garáže.. (auto neni možné nikam jinam parkovat).

Great location, modern design, clean, nice wellness area, delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Mattresses are *way* too stiff/hard, and the bed has no bed slats but just a solid wooden board underneath (doesn’t help the comfort either). Bed was comparable to a basic ÖAV mountain hut. The staff was super friendly and tried to help but there were no softer mattresses or foam toppers available, so the only thing we could get was a few duvets which didn’t make a difference. Too bad, because the rest of the stay was very good, but a comfortable bed is a must-have in a **** hotel.

Für einen Skiausflug ideal!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, schick, gemütlich und sehr gut gelegen. Der Einstieg auf die Piste ist nur über die Straße und der Skikeller (ebenerdiger Zugang) ist sehr geräumig und praktisch. Für Skifahrer ideal! Wir hatten Halbpension und waren auch mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden.
