All staff (reception, bar, restaurant, cleaners) were excellent and very helpful who went the extra mile to help following a ski injury to one of our party

Great location, modern design, clean, nice wellness area, delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Mattresses are *way* too stiff/hard, and the bed has no bed slats but just a solid wooden board underneath (doesn’t help the comfort either). Bed was comparable to a basic ÖAV mountain hut. The staff was super friendly and tried to help but there were no softer mattresses or foam toppers available, so the only thing we could get was a few duvets which didn’t make a difference. Too bad, because the rest of the stay was very good, but a comfortable bed is a must-have in a **** hotel.

Für einen Skiausflug ideal!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, schick, gemütlich und sehr gut gelegen. Der Einstieg auf die Piste ist nur über die Straße und der Skikeller (ebenerdiger Zugang) ist sehr geräumig und praktisch. Für Skifahrer ideal! Wir hatten Halbpension und waren auch mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden.
