Very nice facilites and location but watch out for charges

Very modern, comfortable and clean. Great views and fitness/pool area. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Be careful with what they charge you. They charge you the so called resort fee at booking which it says includes use of pool/fitness plus two bottles of water. But then they charge you these two bottles of water from your deposit.. :-( Do not use mini bar, it is ridiculously expensive with all the added charges/taxes/service fees etc. A small beer cost us in the end 15 bucks!!! Parking is also ridiculously expensive, park 5 minutes walk away for 15 dollars ;-)

I had a wonderful stay at The Elser Hotel Miami. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown with beautiful views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to restaurants and attractions. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop pool and amenities were a highlight. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Miami.

Fab stay, wonderful hotel, lovely rooms with great staff. Pool was nice and warm.

Wonderful property, Staff were brilliant. Hotel was spotless. Rooms was light, bright and spacious with comfy beds.

Cons:

Wait for the lifts was sometimes a pain, even in quiet times.
Sofa bed for kids was rock solid and not comfortable at all. Plus we were just given a towel type sheet. I understand this may be common here, but we were asking for a duvet (which they don’t offer for sofa beds!) or another cotton sheet so you didn’t feel the rough towel like feel of the top sheet. Eventually got one but I don’t see why you can’t have a duvet like on the beds as essentially it’s a bed.
Lounge window blind wasn’t as much of a block out of the light as the bedroom blind which woke our child up a little earlier than she would normally.
