Great Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

Everything. Location is great. We stayed in a three bed apartment and it was fabulous. Very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is great with stunning views. All staff were of the highest standards.

Nos gusto mucho el departamento cómodo para 6 personas con 4 camas , 3 baños cocina y terraza ahora volvemos después del crucero muy bien todo .

Excelente opção!
Pros:

O edifício é novo, moderno, limpo, bem cuidado e com excelente estrutura. A academia tem dois andares, padrão que poucos 5 estrelas têm. O quarto é amplo, bem equipado e confortável.

Cons:

O atendimento do bar da piscina. Todas as vezes quye fui estava lento e os funcionários um pouco atenciosos.

The reception staff I arrived late at night with 3 children two who has special needs and the place was busy the reception star was with a customer who’s payment didn’t go through he kept them at the reception for 40 minutes while they transferred money etc their was myself and 6 other people waiting I found this very frustrating because all of us could have been checked in within that 40 minutes when I was checked in I had to rely on another guest to show me how to get to my apartment

Cuidado! Indução ao erro, aplicativo bloqueado de má-fé e cobrança indevida de R$ 21.000 por serviço cancelado.
Pros:

Apenas da localização, porque infelizmente fomos induzidos ao erro pela equipe logo no check-in, o que gerou uma cobrança indevida absurda no meu cartão de crédito.

Cons:

Fui induzida ao erro na recepção ao solicitar o cancelamento por imprevisto de força maior assim que cheguei. O funcionário garantiu que o pré-pagamento seria apenas da multa de uma diária, mas cobraram o valor integral de 19 dias (mais de R$ 21.000). No dia seguinte, recusaram-se a resolver e jogaram a culpa para a Booking. Para piorar, o hotel e a plataforma mantiveram o aplicativo bloqueado, impedindo qualquer alteração ou ajuste de datas por minha parte, fingindo que eu estava hospedada lá. Tenho o documento oficial ("folio") emitido pelo próprio hotel provando que minha conta foi encerrada em 01/06 com saldo zerado e cobrança correta de apenas US$ 215,71. Reter o valor total é enriquecimento ilícito. O caso já está na auditoria do banco e nos órgãos de defesa do consumidor.

Luxurious, highly comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Amazing location to explore Bayside. Super helpful staff. Beautiful interiors. Very comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning, striking views. Fabulous pool, seating areas, bar with great cocktails.

Having to drive up many floors to get to a parking that wasn’t valet.
