We arrived early and was able to check in early for additional fee. The staff was nice and friendly, facilities modern and clean.
The bed was comfortable but a little noisy.

The location, the balcony and the view.
We are old folks and the high technology was overwhelming. If there is a glitch on the system, you cannot enter or leave the room. Using downstairs from floor 47 was not an option.
No buttons on the elevator, the room key has to be check in a PC screen that tells you which elevator to use.
Even to go to the pool, you have to punch where you are going. Annoying.

The location, the food from room service and our view
The elevators. You have to go to a kiosk around the corner from the elevators, tap your key card, punch the floor your going to then look where the arrows that shows you which side left or right and what elevator number will open. Its too much why cant you just push button like most elevators.
This was a really nice hotel. Very modern and exceeded our expectations. Really close to Pier 5 which has everything. Will definitely stay there again if I went back to Miami. The location was just the best!

They charged me for snacks from the mini bar in the room that i did not consume.
Close to cruise port, great view ,comfortable beds and clean.
Front desk staff at check in was not friendly at all , Also , Just received an invoice for " mini bar food" that we absolutely never touched any items in the room. Apparently they attempt to add charges to your stay and hope you don't catch on.
