Excellent location, not suitable for 4 people with king room and sofa bed. Only for 2 peaople to be comfrotvale
Cons:

The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable, the mattress was very lumpy and we kept sliding into the middle on top of each other because it would not lat flat. Also got no extra blankets or pillows. Just a sheet when requested

Excellent hotel wirh in redible views and very friendly staff
Pros:

Best Hotel in Miami ever. Perfect location, we stayed in a 2-bed room on the 40th floor with Bayside view. Incredible views and excellent stay at the hotel. Very friendly and supportive staff.

J ai été débité de ma réservation via booking et l hôtel ma débité 3 fois. Il était marqué qu ils parlaient français et portugais, finalement seulement anglais et espagnol!!

Sijainti loistava. Ruoka hyvää. Astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone sekä kuivausrumpu hieno asia.

Cons:

Siivous heikohko. Altaat epäsiistit. Huoneesta puuttui esim. tarvittava määrä pyyhkeitä. Ei tarpeeksi astioita. Aluksi puuttui myös tiski ja pyykinpesuaineet.
