Wonderful stay
Pros:

Modern spacious tastefully decorated family suite, very comfortable bed, lovely helpful service by Yannis.

Cons:

That particular suite isn't suitable for young children, any mobility issues ang heavy due to steep and very narrow stairs. The hotel will help with luggage which is great just be prepared.

De locatie is top, in een rustig straatje vlakbij het gezelligste stuk van Athene.
Het dakterras is prachtig en heel ruim.

Cons:

Het was kleiner dan verwacht, en het sanitair was verouderd. De douche was wat muf en de vloer liep onder, en in het keukentje was maar een heel klein straaltje water.

Great stay in perfect location
Pros:

Fabulous location (on a quiet street just a min away from the action in Plaka) and central to all sites. Apartment was nice and clean and had more than what I needed for a nice stay. Owner very nice and accessible through chat app. I’m glad I chose this apartment:)

Cons:

Minor things that wouldn’t keep me from booking or staying again (but nice to know) Shower (different from US, right next to toilet with an insufficient drain/floor would soak), not actually soundproof though it’s on a very quiet street (I was on first floor so could here door opening, other loud guests in common area, etc) Netflix wouldn’t load so I couldn’t use tv (really in Athens it’s not needed but would have been nice), sofa was set up like a bed instead of couch so I couldn’t really use it (solo traveler)

Die Ausstattung könnte mit Kleinikeiten optimiert werden. Bad: Behälter für Zahnbürsten, Seifen Schälchen, Küche: Handtücher, Abwaschmittel, Aschenbecher - ansonsten alles tipptopp - auf der Dachterrasse schauen dass die Lichterkette funktioniert und richtig aufgehängt ist 😉

Cómodo hospedaje en el centro de Atenas
Pros:

Nos tocó una habitación espectacular, con acceso a una terraza privada desde donde se podía ver la Acrópolis. Es un edificio de varios departamentos donde tienen cocina y todas las instalaciones para sentirte como en casa. La verdad que super contentos, espacioso, barrio tranquilo, fácil de acceder con códigos. Volveremos claramente ya que está en el medio del centro a 1 cuadra y media de la peatonal.

Superbe séjour en famille proche de toutes commodités
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel a été un critère important pour nous car il est proche du métro et d'une rue piétonne très animée. Nous avons pu visiter tout à pied, l'Acropole et le mont Lycabette. Nous avions une belle vue sur l'Acropole avec une belle terasse privative. L'appartement était dans une rue calme et sécurisée. Yannis nous a très bien conseillé pendant le weekend de Pâques ! On a passé un très bon séjour.

Cons:

L'appartement pour une famille était très bien, par contre il y avait beaucoup de marche car il est au dernier étage avec une superbe terasse privée. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica, en pleno centro de Atenas, en el barrio de Playa. La llegada es autónoma, se entra mediante código.

Cons:

No hay cubiertos suficientes para las plazas que tiene el alojamiento. La mampara de la ducha necesita una puerta porque así abierta como está, se sale mucha agua aunque te dices con cuidado de no salpicar

Posizione super, nel quartiere di Plaka. Ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi, senza necessità di usare i mezzi pubblici. Appartamento accogliente e pulito con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.

Camera per famiglia ai piedi dell'Acropoli, collegata con tutte le comunicazioni. Top!
Pros:

La colazione non era inclusa. C'è un piccolo angolo con un bollitore per l'acqua e del thè e una macchina del caffé per eventuale colazione fai da te. La posizione è molto centrale, proprio sul confine con la zona a traffico pedonale, quindi si gira il centro storico a piedi in lungo e in largo senza problemi.

Cons:

A dire il vero ho trovato tutto quello che mi occorreva. Il bidet in bagno non c'era, ma forse non si usa in Grecia. La smart tv dava la possibilità di vedere ciò che volevi. La camera era pulita.
