This was a beautiful unspoilt hotel and the private beach was perfect,quiet just beautiful.The staff were helpful friendly.Family run mother and son beautiful people beautiful just beautiful.will certainly return

Högt för standarden. Tillgång till strand precis nedanför ett plus. Tomater och feta på
Frukost var bra samt yoghurtsås men annars inte någon kulinarisk upplevelse.

Great place, extremely close to the beech with a nice soft sand and warm sea. Plenty of parking for someone who decides to rent a car.

Mit herz geführtes hotel

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Hotel. Es ist sehr schön und traditionell eingerichtet was uns persönlich sehr gefallen hat. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20min im Zentrum von Heraklion und der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustür.
Herr Tsagarakis hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und bei jedem Anliegen gerne weitergeholfen.
Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und als wir Ihn informierten war das einchecken um Mitternacht auch kein Problem.
Es ist kein Hotel wie man es gewohnt ist aber man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und darauf legen wir großen wert.
Wie wenn man seinen Onkel besucht trifft es wohl ganz gut.

I stayed 21 nights at the hotel. This is an older facility but the family that owns and manages it have made it comfortable and welcoming. I needed a more comfortable mattress and the owner/manager purchased and placed a new mattress at my request - that is genuine service and hospitality. The hotel provides a daily breakfast, gratis. The pool and grounds are well maintained. It is located on a beautiful beach with several inexpensive tavernas and restaurants in short walking distance. You can also purchase grocery from nearby markets and keep them in your room fridge. Four people run this hotel - they do a superb job. I would return here if I revisited Crete.

Lovely stay in the area of Ammoudara. Johannes is lovely and accommodating, answering all our questions about how to get to Heraklion and also how to get to Chania.

The pool is lovely and the hotel having access to the beach is wonderful - I would stay again.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Zimmer und eine ruhige Atmosphäre sorgen für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und der Hafen sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber absolut in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist etwas älter, aber gepflegt und funktional. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel, das in einigen Punkten sogar positiv überrascht hat.

Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben – eine angenehme Adresse für einen Kurztrip nach Heraklion. Würde wiederkommen!

Incredible experience! The host was superb, and the entire staff was also incredibly polite. Lovable experience, definitely worth it a new visit!

They were so nice and welcoming!! They helped me a lot when I needed help and I’m thankful for that! It was nice that they had a pool and a small but nice breakfast! And the beach is one minute walk away which was also nice! The AC worked great in the room! They also order a taxi if you need one! And a great restaurant is close by also a big supermarket ! I loved it! I will come again!

Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und um die Ecke sind einige Lokale und Supermärkte.
Wir haben die Unterkunft gewählt, weil wir vor einer Kreuzfahrt schon ein paar Tage entspannen wollten.
Das Frühstück ist griechisch spärlich. Die Zimmer soweit ok. Könnte mal erneuert werden.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, gute Frühstück direkt am Strand und Nachbarn vom größte Supermarkt Kretas zu Fuß erreichbar fast 100 m entfernt

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable en Crète. L'hôtel est tenu par une famille crétoise très accueillante et Ioannis, l'homme de l'accueil et gérant des lieux, parle très bien anglais, a beaucoup d'humour et est très généreux. Le lieu est très bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport et pour l'accessibilité à de multiples activités sur l'île. L'établissement a un accès direct à la mer et offre une vue magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le lit est fait chaque jour, les serviettes changées quotidiennement. Le petit déjeuner est varié et nous vous recommandons de mettre de l'huile d'olive (faite maison) sur votre feta. Un pur délice. Nous vous conseillons de faire un tour au bar où vous trouverez des alcools du coin servis avec des anecdotes. L'espace piscine est très agréable et les levés de soleil étaient magnifiques. Merci encore à toute la famille Tsagarakis.

Nice pool and beach access, but the hotel and general area has deteriorated significantly. You can see it was once a nice place, but lack of investment is clear. Small dated rooms, small beds, limited options for breakfast and at the bar. The bar at the pool has clearly been closed for a few years and the gardens are dead, no grass at all now. 3 star property, and I’ll give it a generous 3 stars for my review.

I liked hotel and hotel's workers. They were very kindly and flexible. The sea is near by hotel and hotel's swimmingpool was good and clean. The breakfast was good enough, but greek yogurt with honey was lovely. The view of breakfast-room/ restaurant was really beautiful.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und wurde von einem freundlichen Betreiber geführt. Es eignet sich hervorragend sowohl für Familien als auch für Alleinreisende. Besonders praktisch ist die Lage: Der Strand mit privatem Bereich ist nur eine Gehminute entfernt, und auch die Stadt ist schnell und bequem erreichbar. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das ich weiterempfehlen kann.
