Pros:

Alles war perfekt. Die Rezeptionistin war absolut professionell und ihr Service war exzellent. Das Restaurant war hervorragend und der Restaurantleiter überaus zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Habitació espaiosa, llit gran, bastant tranquil. Armaris amples. Tot super net. Esmorzar molt variat i bo. Restaurant bé també. Parking dins l'edifici amb accès directe a l'hotel.

Cons:

Vaig arribar just la setmana d'una onada de fred i la calefacció no funcionava, vaig passar fred; un cop arreglat, bé. Poc sabó als dispensadors de la dutxa, el proper cop, portaré xampú.

la jeune fille de l'accueil était sympathique

Cons:

la "suite" n'en n'était qu'une par sa taille. Il n'y avait ni frigo ni minibar (l'emplacement du frigo était vide), pas de peignoir ni chaussons (qui ont été fournis à ma demande "voir ce qu'ils allaient trouver", les prises électriques ne tenaient pas au mur et plusieurs lampes ne fonctionnaient pas. La propreté est à revoir, Il y avait des longs cheveux dans les sanitaires, baignoire, évier et sol. Le rideau de douche était sale et l'eau fuit par le dessous de la baignoire ce qui inonde le sol de la salle de bains qui ne sèche pas. La literie n'est pas confortable et la chaleur dans la chambre est lourde vu que la clim ne refroidit rien (heureusement que c'était en novembre).
Le SPA est vétuste, la robinetterie rouillée et une hygiène douteuse. L'eau de la piscine intérieure est froide et poisseuse.

Hotel meraviglioso
Pros:

Hotel fuori Tunisi,quindi fruibile per chi ha auto o moto oppure per chi si sposta in taxi
Mi è piaciuto tutto,e non esagero
