Quartier sympa, calme malgré proximité des bars, bon matelas

Cons:

J'avais réservé une chambre avec cuisine, mais l'hôtel etant fully booked, ils m'ont donné une chambre plus petite sans cuisine. Pas grave mais honteux car aucune excuse, compensation ou remboursement...

Ottimo come base a Bogotà
Pros:

Ci hanno tenuto la valigia senza costi aggiuntivi per 2 settimane
Abbiamo alloggiato due volte in questo hotel: se possibile chiedete di alloggiare nelle stanze raggiungibili tramite ascensore, sono più silenziose e pulite

Cons:

La zona non è stupenda, si deve sempre usare il taxi
La colazione è migliorabile

La cama era muy cómoda

Cons:

Estaban de obras y no dijeron nada al reservar. Tuvimos que entrar y salir por otra salida debido a las obras,a través de una taqueria con la que estaba comunicada, y luego nos llamaron la atención por ello, no entendimos nada…en fin.

El baño tenía una pérdida en el lavabo y estaba atrancado. Lo comunicamos y no lo arreglaron. Bastante incómodo mojarte los pies mientras te lavas los dientes, al mismo tiempo que ves como rebosa lo que tiras por el lavabo.

Por la noche el edificio de enfrente estuvo toda la noche sonando una alarma de manera intermitente. No será culpa del hotel pero, está bien saber que puede darse el caso.

Depende de la habitación
Pros:

Fui dos veces la primera vez la habitación era terrible. Poco luminosa, un cristal pegado a la cama que separaba el baño y la segunda vez que fui la habitación estaba bien, tal como eran las fotos. Si te toca una habitación buena es una maravilla de hotel, pero si te toca una mala se te puede hacer larga la estancia.

This used to be the best place in Chapinero to stay. I'm worried that this might change.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Chapinero. They are expanding, which is nice. Hopefully it doesn't change things in a bad way.

Cons:

I really hated the two-floor room. The worst thing was that my lamp didn't work, and after asking FIVE times, they refused to fix or replace it, even though they had about 20 lamps in the lobby. That was REALLY frustrating.
