I’ve been travelling to Bogotá for more than 10 years, but this hotel is the best place where I have stayed so far in the Colombian capital. Friendly workers, a spotless, clean room, outstanding breakfast, and it is very well located. The bus rapid transit station is at a 5-minute walk, and in 2 years there will be a metro station. I’ll come back for sure.

They mixed up my room, giving me a smaller room than I reserved, but promptly fixed it. I think it was a tech issue more than anything. I appreciate them fixing it without making any fuss. Breakfast is pretty good. Not anything special but well prepared. The room was quiet as promised.
The Internet on the TV was horrible in my room. In general I think the TV in my room needs to be replaced. It was extremely slow responding to button input from the controller, at one point I had to unplug it and plug it back in because it froze and wouldn’t turn off any other way.

Acordei muito cedo devido barulho de obras no quarto ao lado. Um abre e fecha de portas o tempo todo, homens conversando alto, etc. Acredito que seria razoável oferecer um quarto que não ficasse ao lado de tanto ruído, enquanto durasse a reforma.
A rede wifi não funciona muito bem no quarto. Não havia sabonete/shampoo e tive que pedir o papel higiênico, pois não havia no quarto.
The hotel location is very central and surrounded by pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was good , and the restaurant at the hotel is very good . Beds are comfortable and clean .
They are making changes and renovations at the hotel and very early on Saturday morning, people were working in those renovations next to my room . It was 8:30 am and I couldn’t sleep so i contacted the front desk and they basically answered : “ yes people are working in the renovations for the hotel “ that’s all . They didn’t apologize , they didn’t made me feel heard , it seemed like they didn’t care If I wanted to sleep or not. I wanted a quiet room to rest comfortably.
Besides that , they wanted to change my room at the check in by giving me a room without a kitchen and smaller than the one I requested. I spoke to the front desk agent and they changed my room without problems.
