The location was amazing, right across from the train station and right outside of exit Z8, so getting around was easy. We got a family room, which was very spacious and nicely designed with an amazing view of the city and Taipei 101. The facilities were nice, the play room was very loved by my 4 year old, and the free snacks and water were thoughtful and convenient. I also love that they have a laundry room and family bathrooms, all nice touches for families with young kids.
The breakfast was not good, the selections were very small, but not only that, the dishes seemed random, not worth it. There are lots of food places around (traditional Taiwanese breakfast, Starbucks, 7-11, all around the block), you're better off going to get our own breakfast. Also, it didn't start until 8:00, so if you have young kids or planned a full day of site-seeing, it might be too late.
Our room also wasn't the cleanest, the bathroom smelled a bit and the carpet had crumbs on it when we arrived.
exceptional - we always came back to a clean room. I was travelling alone with a little one - i always had a good night’s rest.

very helpful, welcoming staffs at the front desk; located right around the main station, easy to get around just by walking/ MRT/ train/ taxi... yet, hotel room is quiet and clean!
a little pricy
The place is excellent for kids, i loved the common area where you can sit, chill, have coffee and some snacks, while waiting for your laundry. I had the chance to watch fifa matches as well. There is also a soft play area for kids. Overall it is clean, high standards and child friendly at the same time
Nothing that i can think of, we enjoyed our stay!
Super centrally located and kid friendly. It was within walking distance to landmarks, shops and restaurants. The kids’ playroom and infant bathroom facilities were excellent, clean and well maintained. We were glad to have stayed here during one of the Typhoon days as our children had some big space to burn off their energy. Unlimited snack bar and laundry self-service are also our favorites.
Room has spacious beds but is slightly crowded/small, which I suppose the big public facility on the 4th floor/lobby made up for it.
The hotel is very conveniently located near Taipei Main Station and a department store and mall, so lots of food choices. The hotel reception is good for kids, lots of space to run around and a soft play area. The other amenities are relatively basic as would be expected for the price, but the family room is a nice size for two adults, two kids. The hotel rooms are on the upper levels of the building, so the wait for the lift can be long as only two of the lifts access these floors. There is also free snacks and water in the lobby which is a nice touch.
The staff were ok, but it is really a value hotel. Any room cleaning services need to be booked in advance, and there are limited amenities in the room. Overall though good value for money.
In front of Z8 exit from train stations underground shopping. Good location and nice city view.
