Good hotel to stay
Pros:

Location: A few min walk from/to the railway station for the Tuoyang airport railway station (MRT Taoyuan Airport Line 捷運桃園機場線). A minute walk to the underground shopping arcade (really huge) and to the metro lines (Blue and Red). *** Though it has no meal facility, it is surrounded by so many restaurants in the underground shopping arcade and on nearby streets. Local and international cuisine, as well as my favorite coffee shops. The guests may thus find no difficulty with meals. Cleanliness and staff: Nice and good.

Cons:

A stool or small chair for PC work is hopefully equipped. Room service is probably on request. I could not have towel exchanged, though I placed a few pieces in the corridor expecting to be exchanged.

Pros:

The entrance of the hotel is right in front of exit Z8 of Taipei main station. You can also easily reach Xinmeng district by walking. Plenty of spots to find something to eat around and super convenient to move around the city with public transport

Cons:

The breakfast could offer more options. I found only basic toasts with one offer of jam as the sweet option, and a choice of rice or tofu for the asian savoury offer. No western savoury option like ham, eggs or sausages. The room has no wardrobe and an awkward positioning of the sink outside of the bathroom and at the entrance of the room, either no space to hang towels.

Excellent hotel with excellent location and service.
Pros:

The location is excellent, just beside the main Taipei train station (including the HSR, and TaoYuan Airport express). The hotel was also very near to many places, just walking distance. The hotel staff's service was excellent. They were very helpful and friendly. There is a snack bar at L4 and from 2pm-4pm, there is free food and drinks. You can take extra bottled mineral water for free too. The bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom was excellent. It has a heated toilet seat with bidet, a fairly large bathtub and the water pressure was great! The room itself was quite spacious too. You can request extra pillows without extra charge. They can also help you dispose off your damaged luggage bag without extra charge (ours was unfortunately damaged during the flight).

Cons:

There was one night where the water was not so warm. The room heating control was a bit confusing. The lifts can take some time to reach if there is a lot of people using it. There is no room cleaning service during your stay, but you can request for change of sheets if required.
