Location is quite centred between taipei and beimen station. Conveniently located amongst restaurant and convenience stores. Great play area for kiddos, my kids loved them
The play area didnt open until 1030am, we are tourists so typically have plans to go out in the morning, would have loved to have it opened a little earlier so kids can play for a bit before heading out. Happy hour snack bar options can be improved too
The hotel is good especially for children, it comes with a huge lobby area where you can do you laundry (50twd) and area with tables and chairs and screening for kids, it also comes withna children play ground.
The reception's communication could have been better, housekeeping was also not done in time and we were not informed that you need to register for housekeeping.
Location to train station, 15 min walk from Ximending. It is clean, and they have snacks available for all ages.
Check in process wasn’t the most welcoming. We had to wait for a good 5 minutes before being acknowledged by staff. There were no other guest at the counter. They were chatting amongst themselves

ここは子供向けホテルなのか、フロント前にソファーがなく、子供向けのテーブルセットしか無い、何だこれは？また、高層階のエレベーター待ちが長い。窓なしの部屋しか取れなかった。また、何か分からないが、室内のモーター音が酷く夜中に何度も起きた。換気扇やエアコンを停止しても何かの音がずっとしていた。
チェックアウト時の女のスタッフが始めから宿泊明細を渡さないこと、英語でお願いしてようやく印刷してきたが、宛先が私ではなく子供の名前になっていた事に後で気付いた。これでは公的書類として使えないでしょ！
英会話も含めてホテルマンとしてきちんとして欲しい。
The 4/F lobby has plenty of space, with free snacks, bottled water, and tea and coffee. The location is convenient (although I wish there were more exits from Taipei main station with elevators or escalators closer to the hotel), with multiple eateries and convenience stores.
The premium rooms are very small, with only 1 chair, so if you are staying in a room with 2 people, the other one has to sit on the bed. There are only 2 elevators that serve the Roaders Plus floors, so it takes a while to go up and down, especially during peak hours (10am-1130am).
Nice and clean room with nice view. Good location and friendly staff.
Sometimes you can hear noises from the room next door and there are only 2 elevators for the upper floors and it can be long waiting times for the elevator to come.
The bathroom is very clean and spacious and I love that the toilet seat is heated. There was adequate space for 2 adults and a toddler for the room we chose. The room we stayed in was also quite soundproof (did not affect our quality of sleep). The playrooms were definitely great because my toddler looks forward to play after dinner every night during our stay. I appreciated seating areas with a showing screen so that families can have their meals there. There is even a shared toilet that is friendly for children and diaper changing station and a big laundry room at the lobby. Hotel is conveniently located near Taipei Main Station metro station.
A tip for those staying will be to fill up a form for room service during your check-in and indicate the dates you want room cleaning service.
台北駅のすぐ近くで周辺になんでもあるので大変便利でした。水のペットボトル、お菓子がいつでも無料で貰えるのでかなり有り難かったです。コーヒーや紅茶も無料で飲めるし14時〜16時は軽食無料です。
タオル交換はフロントに部屋番号を伝えれば、部屋にいなくても交換しておいてくれます。
あまりありませんが、強いていうならシャワールームに鏡があったらいいなと思いました。

1、房間沒有小沙發及小桌子，看電視只有坐床上，不太方便。
2、電梯太慢，要等很久
Perfect location to travel around downtown and to the airport. Great facilities for families with kids - two playrooms, big cartoon projection area for calm dinners with your toddler, spacious laundry room, free snacks and water. Clean and cozy rooms. Also have space to weight your luggages with tables to repack - really nice detail.
We had a chance to experience a 17m2 room with a double bed which turned out to be quite uncomfortable for a family with one 3yo - the bed was really really small. So we upgraded to a triple room - one double bed and one single bed. Definitely recommend that one for a family - spacious not only room but even bathroom.
Mosquitoes. When we entered the 1st room there were 6. In the second bigger room 3.
The staff kindly provided the liquid that plugs in the wall socket.
Good proximity to Taipei main station.
Cheap towels. Room wasn’t the cutest.
