Cleanliness
8.8
Mostly praised (clean bathrooms, 'Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad perfekt') though a few reviews mention poor room odour and weaker housekeeping in some rooms.
Service
9.3
Consistently positive: friendly, helpful staff, free airport shuttle, free upgrades and attentive reception; few minor issues (key cards).
Location
8.3
Extremely convenient for the airport (repeatedly noted), but several guests mention noise from flight path and a busy road making it less suitable for tourism.
Room Quality
7.8
Mixed: some rooms spacious and comfortable, others suffer from strong smells (smoking rooms), malfunctioning AC/vent noise, small beds or heavy quilts.
Amenities
8.6
Good basic amenities: airport shuttle, free non-alcoholic drinks in lobby, nearby taxi; some negatives: unsecured Wi‑Fi, no room service, QR-only menus.
Value for Money
8.9
Seen as a solid, reasonably priced airport business hotel by multiple guests; one complaint about price but overall good value for purpose.
Food and Beverage
9.1
Breakfast repeatedly praised (very rich and varied buffet in several reviews); a few guests found breakfast basic, but overall very positive.
Overall Experience
8.8
Generally positive overall: modern, clean, convenient for early/late flights, friendly staff, many guests would return despite some room/noise issues.

Pros:

Very good breakfast for this price range, near airport, free shuttle to airport and very clean rooms

Cons:

A bit far from the city but that's the trade off in Ankara to be near the airport.

Pros:

Accueil et gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

L’hôtel commence à vieillir, des travaux dans les chambres est à prévoir rapidement, literie, murs des chambres et le gros point faible reste la salle de bain

Pros:

Ottima soluzione a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto

Cons:

Park sorunu yoktu. Herkes güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.

Cons:

Herşey mükemmeldi. Sevmediğim hiç bir şey yoktu.
