Excellet breakfast area and menu!

Der Zimmerservice war unzureichend für ein 5-Stern Hotel: Boden nicht gesaugt/geputzt (Haare lagen auf dem WC-Boden), Fenster waren dreckig, Minibar war leer, etc. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen! Am Rezeption hat man unseren Hinweis nicht wirklich ernst genommen.

My family had a wonderful stay. This is a very safe hotel and has two very nice restaurants that are open late. There is also a Starbucks. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I 100% recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel!! Don’t think twice and book this hotel, you won’t regret it!!! Everyone who works there (EVERYONE) is super nice, helpful, attentive, friendly, and makes all the difference to ensure a perfect stay!!! The hotel is super clean, beautiful, pleasant, with a great location!!! Definitely, if I return to Cairo, I will stay here again!! A tip: Book executive rooms that have access to the lounge!!! Breakfast is also excellent!!! Thanks to everyone at Hilton Maadi Hotel!!

Kirli çantamızı bizden habersiz almışlar ve kuru temizlemeye vermişler. Oda da ara ara bulamadık. Sonra dediler ki çalışanlar almış kuru temizlemeye vermiş. Getirin dedik bu seferde parasını istediler. Biz istemedik siz yaptınız dedik olmaz parayı ödemeden çıkış yapamazsınız dediler ve ödedik…

Site mobile pour commander à manger 24/24 à prix abordable, et nourriture de qualité.
Parfaitement situé par rapport à la plupart des sites à visiter (25/30 min en moyenne, ce qui est raisonnable au Caire).
Literie d’excellente qualité
Et bien sûr est très très propre.

Es un hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones están muy cómodas y la comida del restaurante es deliciosa el Personal muy amable. Los alrededores del hotel están muy feos, mucho tráfico. Está lejos de las atracciones turísticas.

The hotel is opulent and luxurious. Everyone is accommodating, including the front desk staff, housekeeping, room service, laundry, security, bell staff, and restaurant staff. The manager was also warm and inviting.

The rooms and staff are both outstanding. There is great variety in the menu. I will definitely stay there again!

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking, to be a 5 stars hotel, parking fees should be included in the reservation fee.

Some of the staff are not well trained to deal with clients and the front office receptionist was favouring some nationalities over the the locals which was very unprofessional for me.
