The staff were excellent. The property was clean. They were very helpful and cared about the issues I had.

Cons:

Loud air conditioning. Kept me and my girlfriend awake majority of our stay at night. It was loud and sounded like an engine. It kept turning on and off regardless of it being on auto mode or not. I also paid for a breakfast buffet only to find hair in my food.

The room was good overall. The breakfast had variety

Cons:

The conditioner made a lot of noise. It was hard to sleep.
At breakfast, the staff was always trying to seat us far from the food. The food went cold while carrying the plate there and it was heavy too.
The food went called very quickly. When I asked a staff member to heat it up, he did seem to understand me and repeated the same 1000 of times! And even after that, he brought a new dish which I didn't like instead of heating mine.
