체크인시 직원불들 매우 친절하며, 객실 상태와 침구류 너무 좋았습니다.

Cons:

포포인츠 바이 쉐라톤 정말 4성급 맞을까여?? 배우자와 조식을 먹으로 갔는데 처음에는 음식도 맛있고 종류도 다양해 좋았습니다.
그러나 소불고기에서 입에도 담기 거북한 이물질이 나왔습니다. 정말 불쾌하고 보는 순간 구역질이 나올정도였습니다.
다른 분들이 계셔서 조용히 직원만 부르고 이물질 보여드리고 저와 배우자는 그냥 객실로 이동 후 체크아웃 했습니다.
그리고 오후에 매니져? 분한테 전화로 일단 죄송하고 해당 음식은 전량 폐기 후 다시 조리 하였다고 하시면서 말도안되는 핑계대는게 더 보기 싫었습니다. 그 전화 이후로 어떠한 내용으로도 호텔측에서 연락 한번 못받았습니다.
사진으로 남기지 못한게 정말 후회됩니다.
