Most uncomfortable bed of our entire trip. Not a good way to get started before traveling internationally.

Nice hotel, shame about the staff.
Pros:

It was close to the hotel and the facilities were good.

Cons:

I was charged twice for the room. I spoke straight away to the staff who said they couldn’t do anything about it. I spoke to booking.com to say they would rectify it. Neither did and any subsequent attempts to resolve it with either have failed.
