Good location about 3 miles from the airport. Very friendly reception team and a lovely lady on the bar at night - all a credit to Hyatt. Nice comfortable clean room. Breakfast had a good choice - hot and cold. We had a Pizza in the bar at night which was also good - good choice of drinks. Would recommend. Used the hotel shuttle the next day to go back to the airport. perfect
I phoned the hotel on arrival at the airport to advise we needed a shuttle pick up. Hotel reception put me on hold for so long (as they were dealing with another client) - I hung up after 5 or 6 minutes and got a taxi instead which cost $20 USD! Not the best start after a long flight and a funeral to arrange on arrival.
Transportation to and from airport was easy to use. Staff very helpful. Restaurants within walking distance.
Price was fair, good proximity to the airport and friendly staff. Breakfast was descent but not surprises.
Cold water the whole evening in the shower. Parking fee that wasn´t advertised anywhere at the time of booking.

The pool set up … it stays in the shade til around noon time … we only had such a small amount of time to get some sunshine , we ended up sitting on the sidewalk
The shuttle drivers we friendly. The hotel was clean and nicely furnished for everything you might need for a long stay. The breakfast was fresh and probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. From a mother that is quite particular and has high expectations of hotels I will be booking again and will be seeking Hyatt house properties wherever we travel to. I normally take pictures of all the dirty or broken things in rooms then do a deep clean but it wasn’t necessary. The room we chose is really a one bedroom apartment. The breakfast was delicious. I appreciate the checkout time because if you get up for breakfast early enough you have time to go and get dressed and nap off your food coma lol. The location was perfect for us just being a short drive over to the airport. My son loved the bar area and watched the game there. Nice that the hotel is behind and long strip of several restaurants to choose from. If we hadn’t gotten a rental this would be perfect because the free shuttle would get us to the airport
Younger front desk receptionist could’ve been more friendly. He wasn’t rude just not enthusiastic. Don’t recall seeing a parking fee in the description but it was required to pay and display a sign in your car. Wish there was an indoor pool. Mini lotion bottles most hotels have was the only thing missing from the room. And lastly I’d prefer waffles over it in addition to pancakes because they are more forgiving and easier to make fresh. This and most other hotels should have heavier comforters for people that sleep cold. A/c unit was a little loud but I did appreciate the digital thermostat control in each area like you’d have at home. No complaints, just preferences. I’m very pleased

Es un lugar agradable y funcional para la estadía de 1 noche . El desayuno bien completo. El transporte gratuito de aeropuerto - hotel - aeropuerto bueno , con frecuencias regulares.
