Comfortable and convenient hotel near airport
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to the airport which is what we needed. Also, the hotel shuttle was very helpful. There are several good restaurants nearby.

Fantastic choice next to the airport
Pros:

This was a last minute decision after a long delayed flight finally landed in Orlando. I was so happy with the place- free shuttle, kind staff, comfortable, quiet and clean room, great breakfast. Very happy with it and will definitely stay again!

Good location about 3 miles from the airport. Very friendly reception team and a lovely lady on the bar at night - all a credit to Hyatt. Nice comfortable clean room. Breakfast had a good choice - hot and cold. We had a Pizza in the bar at night which was also good - good choice of drinks. Would recommend. Used the hotel shuttle the next day to go back to the airport. perfect

Cons:

I phoned the hotel on arrival at the airport to advise we needed a shuttle pick up. Hotel reception put me on hold for so long (as they were dealing with another client) - I hung up after 5 or 6 minutes and got a taxi instead which cost $20 USD! Not the best start after a long flight and a funeral to arrange on arrival.

Good hotel hotel close to airport
Pros:

Price was fair, good proximity to the airport and friendly staff. Breakfast was descent but not surprises.

Cons:

Cold water the whole evening in the shower. Parking fee that wasn´t advertised anywhere at the time of booking.
