The best place to stay in paroikia paros.
They have everything.If you forgot your umbrella they will give you for free.They suggest you where to eat not tourist restaurants.
House is awsome has kitchen with everything you need inside.Dont miss it exeryone very helpful,family business.

The best of the best! I love it i suggest it without a doubt! They are very very friendly and welcoming. Also very helpful with everything you need. They are willing to answer every question. Moreover there is a super market and a bakery shop right next to it.

Crystal Dreams is well worth a stay.
Pros:

I just remember that the hosts were a brother and sister and they exemplified the Greek people to me. Honest, hardworking, friendly and both quite handsome. The accommodations were clean, well kept and beautiful. It is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from the Ferry. I did not realize how busy it gets in this Port City. Paros is well worth the time and effort it takes to get there-even if you have only a night.

Peaceful location, lovely apartment and wonderful hosts.
Pros:

The hosts, Irene and Kostas were so friendly. They picked us up from the ferry. Every day they were at the apartments to offer recommendations and their services such as driving us into town.
The apartment complex used to be their family home and they turned it into holiday accommodation a couple of years ago. The apartments are delightful with simple furnishings, lots of space and plenty of places to sit inside and out. There's also a kitchen to prepare simple meals. There is a view down to the seafront. It's a quiet area and it takes about 15 minutes to walk into town. We stayed for one week and would recommend Crystal Dreams.

Pros:

What a lovely accommodation! Very nicely furnished! The friendly local family hosts are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about local cultural events and celebrations going on around Paros, as well as restaurants, beach bars, tavernas and important sites to visit. There is a quiet place in the front where bean bag comfy chairs and tables abound where you will sit and relax and perhaps meet some of the other guests. The views are superb, the villa is close to everything : Parikia town, both for food and fun, the beach, boat car/moped/quad rentals, donkey rides, horse rides. Walk to supermarket, vegetable market, butcher, fish market. Walking distance to Parikia town and beaches. Did I mention the superb view! Amazing place!
