Pros:

You arrive to nothing but a sign saying where to call. No reception. No service. Not the continental breakfast that Hotels promises, see pictures. Make your own coffee and white bread toast in the room. Aircondition did not work (28dg in the night), and not possible to ventilate room, because wild wanting to enter. Help for solving was just promises on WhatsApp, but nothing was solved. Terrible stay. Do not go there, even though the view was beautiful, but you can see that without staying in the hotel.

Pros:

The place has a beautiful view, as advertised. The staff is polite and helpful, and Darya is very friendly.
Breakfast is self-service: you prepare your own breakfast with the various foods available in your room. There is a good variety and a wonderful cheese!
One thing that could be improved is to put a shower enclosure or curtain in the shower, because a shower can get the whole bathroom wet!

Pros:

This hotel is not located in Santorini. The last ferry to get there is at 5 PM. There was no way for us to make it and we lost our booking. Expedia sells it like if it’s in Santorini and it’s on an island far from Santorini.

EXCEPTIONNEL MAIS !!
Pros:

Cadre exceptionnel dans un village ayant gardé son authenticité. Petit hôtel neuf et décoré avec goût avec une vue époustouflante sur la caldeira (bien plus jolie que de Fira). Le calme absolu hors du temps.
Seul point négatif le petit déjeuner !!!
Il est mis à disposition dans la chambre ce qui est une bonne idée et permet de vivre à son rythme. Par contre la qualité est vraiment médiocre. Un seul croissant et yaourt pour 2, un paquet sous vide de fromage charcuterie acheté 1.99€ à l épicerie du coin (c était marqué dessus), 4 dosettes de café, un paquet de pain demi les bons jours, de wrap ?? les mauvais....
Dommage. Il suffirait de pas grand chose pour que tout soit vraiment exceptionnel

Fabulous three night stay at this property after watching it being renovated over our last couple of visits to Thirasia.
Our suite was spacious and well equipped
Maria was exceptional and responded immediately to any requests
We will definitely be going to stay again.
