Pros:

I had a very bad experience staying in the indigo hotel. Indigo hotel was supposed to refund my money because they canceled my stay and after repeated requests they never refunded my money. I raised a dispute with my bank regarding the money and my bank pulled out my money from the Indigo hotel bank account that was owed to me after 3 months. Plus the laundry people also stole my bareeza shawl and after repeated requests my shawl was returned. The stay was very uncomfortable due to cold shower in winter and the hotel never fixed the problem.
