I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Indigo Hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.
This was not our first stay, and unfortunately, every single visit has been disappointing. Every time, we have faced one issue or another, and the service has never met even basic expectations.
Before our arrival, your staff repeatedly called us asking what time we would be checking in. However, when we arrived at around 1:30 AM, we were told that our room was still not ready, and we had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. If the room was not prepared, there was no reason to keep calling us about our arrival time.
When we finally entered the room at around 2:00 AM, the air conditioner was not working, and the room was extremely hot. We had to call the staff in the middle of the night to repair it.
On top of that, the room was missing basic amenities. There were no slippers and no towels, and we had to call housekeeping multiple times just to receive items that should have already been in the room.
The staff was not welcoming or professional, and the overall service was very poor. A guest should never have to spend the first hour of their stay chasing housekeeping, waiting for a room, and requesting basic necessities.
Unfortunately, we could not enjoy our stay and had to check out early at 5:30 AM.
This hotel has disappointed us on multiple occasions, and this experience has convinced us that we will not be staying here again. I sincerely hope the management improves its housekeeping, room readiness, maintenance, and customer service because the current standard is far below what guests expect.
