Staff was so courteous, kind, quick and friendly. We appreciated how professionally they helped with a little emergency we had. Gave us perfect recs for dinner nearby, which was fun and yummy. We loved the lounge and kitchen. Everything so clean and well stocked. We hope to come back soon!
Our room #3 was a bit small for two and the window was right next to a major entrance door. Because the shade did not block the entrance light, we were bothered by both noise and light. That said, I think it may be an ADA room and the bathroom was huge and spacious. Would easily accommodate a wheelchair.

Location is fine I guess, there is no sign though.
Couldn’t find the kitchen until morning, no signs etc. fresh doody stain on shower curtain, couch for 1.5 people made no sense, the sink is not big enough for the faucet. The office space conversion felt odd. 10:30 am checkout is too early and should be changed to 11am
The location in Astoria was great, walking distance to most local sites.
This was a good, minimal amenity place to stay.
Location excellent for us. Ample off street parking. Access the building via a provided code. Nice room, with separate room in the building with seating, refreshments available.

Cleanliness and soft bed
There was no coffee maker in the room. It was like renting a closet with a shower and a toilet with a bed. It was very sterile would be a great place if it was a business convention for business customers, if you are looking for a taste of Astoria and the comforts of Astoria, this place does not offer it. It is converted from an office building, so it has absolutely no charm despite the fact that it is labeled as an Inn there is no one to greet you. There’s no staff.

There was no breakfast provided. The location was great. We could walk to most of the places we wanted to. The room was nice. I could recommend this place.
The ac/heater in the entryway was set way to cold.
Perfect. Very interesting and well thought out Concept, no staff fully stocked kitchen with water and ice and coffee. Rooms are exactly what you need a bed and a shower and sink. Oh and a game room!

Pleasantly surprised at the high quality bathroom and mattress. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea and creamers. Bottles of water in the refrigerator.
No central air, windows opened but no screens. Doors heavy and hard to bring luggage in and out. Table lamp didn’t work. Heavy antiseptic smell on arrival was unpleasant. Deep incline from parking to door difficult to manage with luggage.
There was no breakfast available,they did have a small dining area with a couple of vending machines 😀 overall the room was awesome and the location was a couple of blocks from downtown 😀

Room was tiny! The doors barely cleared the bed. No desk or table. No in room fridge. No info about the place was available - their website had expired. Only 1 very thin blanket supplied.
Small, efficiently arranged room. Queen bed took most of the space, but we had room for two open carry-on size bags without bumping into them. Large, clean bathroom-with a large walk-in shower with excellent pressure. Facility has an open kitchen with microwave and a bubbler for hot water, plus a selection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There is also a good-size game room with a selection of board games and books.
Had to enter room to one side, close the door, then walk around the bed. It worked, but might be tight for more than one night’s stay.
