Very smooth check in process.
Cleanliness was not up to par. Many stains on comforter/ pillows that needed to be treated before a bed was made with them. Lots of hair left behind in the shower. I submitted photos to the text line for the front desk. There was also multiple pieces of plastic around the/ underneath the bed. And lots of dust on the nightstands, etc…. I work as a housekeeper for a high end company and there was some basic cleaning necessities that needed to happen in this room and did not unfortunately.
Location was good, parking was good, and the flowering tree in front of the hotel was beautiful. But everything else was poor, sterile, and soulless.
Really disappointing. Felt like sleeping in a doctors office. Cold, sterile. Not minimalist design, but simply lack of any warmth or design sense at all.
Zero staff felt like cutting corners to save money, just like the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom. The room layout was poor, lacked anywhere to sit, and the lamp wouldn’t even turn off without unplugging it. Even the TV was in an awkward place. A few cups in the room to drink water would be the simplest of additions, instead of the friction of taking my phone (to remember the door code), and going to the kitchen to find a disposable cup.
Even the windows were high like basement half-windows, and looked out onto the sidewalk. You have to keep the blinds closed or people can watch you sleep or shower. If you crack the windows even a little, it would be a security issue, as someone could easily force them open. The doors are all metal, with one of those industrial door closers at the top, which also added to the industrial/doctors office feel.
Maybe a doctor would feel at home in what clearly felt like a doctors office, but no one else would. Even if you are super introverted, and would like the staff-free hotel, I’m sure you’d hate to call someone awkwardly on a phone to sort out any issues. And don’t forget your phone in your room, or you’ll loose the code and get locked out of the building without any way to get help!
What qualifies them to list this as a four star hotel is beyond me. I have never felt like someone was using me to make money as much as this hotel. Really disappointed.

Good location
No staff, small rooms and load outside
Great location and very safe, nice parking.
Wide gaps under the door, sound traveled directly in from the hallway. Also no way to open the curtains halfway due to privacy (top-down blinds would be better).
Great location, super clean and a good inn!
Shower was funky in the bathroom as it had no walls and got watre all ober the place.
On the plus side, the room was immaculate and. there's also a basic kitchenette and lounge area. The price was economical and the location was good.
On the downside, the room was "NYC" sized. If you are a person who avoids human contact at all costs, this is the place for you. No one there to greet you or answer basic questions. Just a telephone number to call. And since cell phones are left in rooms and their batteries die I advise you to write your room code on your forearm or you won't get in
