Great location and facility as well as staff were excellent!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is unmatched and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. When we come back to Cartagena, we would want to stay in the exact same place!

Although the service was excellent, details like arriving at the room and finding the AC off, no complimentary bottle of water, first-floor room, you can hear conversations, lobby was always hot.

Cute hotel with good service and comfortable facilities. Included breakfast was really good.

If you are a sensitive sleeper, beware of the noise if you have room facing the street, the windows don't block any of the noise and you'll hear every car driving outside.

Todo ha sido más que excelnere

The room and hotel was beautiful. We had views of the ocean. Hotel is quiet but close to the action (5 min walk). The breakfast is included and very good. The staff was very friendly, but seemed unorganized. Water in the room is NOT free (no sign of price but got charged at check out). Room cost is quite expensive for Colombia (would have thought the drinks in the room were included with that price). Overall it is a beautiful hotel, but maybe would stay somewhere a bit more reasonable.

Mi estadía en el Hotel Moet de Cartagena comenzó de forma muy positiva. El servicio del personal fue siempre amable y atento, el desayuno muy completo y sabroso, y las instalaciones cómodas y bien mantenidas, lo que generó una buena impresión durante la mayor parte de mi tiempo allí.
Sin embargo, lamentablemente, el último día de mi estancia ocurrió un hecho muy serio que cambió por completo mi experiencia. Noté que faltaba una suma de dinero que había guardado previamente en la caja fuerte de la habitación. Realicé la denuncia correspondiente ante la policía, pero lo más decepcionante fue no sentir ningún tipo de acompañamiento, seguimiento o apoyo por parte del personal del hotel ante una situación tan delicada.
Hasta ese momento, estaba satisfecho con el servicio recibido, pero este incidente y la falta de respaldo por parte del hotel hicieron que mi percepción cambiara por completo. Lamentablemente, no me sentiría seguro ni tranquilo volviendo a este lugar.

Café da manhã bem limitado, vc só poderia escolher 1 única coisa para comer se pedisse um pão por exemplo era cobrado a parte. Sou membro VIP com algumas vantagens porém tivemos que pagar para checkin adiantado e não recebemos a garrafa de bebida que teríamos direito, sendo assim preferimos sair um dia antes e ir para um hotel melhor, enfim perdemos uma diária.

The hotel in general exceeded my expectations, the location was beautiful, fantastic and convenient.
Staff was incredibly friendly.
Water pressure was strong, AC was cold, bed was comfortable.
Only two issues, we were in the room in front of the kitchen/bar and next to the stairs. We could hear conversations of the staff and footsteps of people walking the stairs, they woke us up, other than that, the experience was great.

OMG beautiful and the staff are amazing. Maira and her staff make you feel safe and welcome. We loved this beautiful hotel. The food, the rooms and the service were excellent.
