Den var inte bra, det var galet dyrt, nästan 4000 sek för en familj med två små barn och parkering
Pros:

Trevlig personal, men det var det hela. Frukosten är inte något speciellt, väldigt enkelt, där finns det stort utrymme för att göra det mycket bättre på ett enkelt sätt.

Cons:

rummen är inte speciellt trevliga, murrigt trångt och stenhårda sängar ingen AC, och rummet låg emot tåget som går hela natten utanför fönstret, omöjligt att sova en hel natt

De locatie ligt wat verder van het centrum af maar was goed te doen met de fiets van Ibis.
Eten was goed, alleen de voorraad misschien beter bij houden. Op een gegeven moment was de kaas op.

Bra/prisvärt hotell nära Bella Center. Gångavstånd på ca 10-12 minuter.
Pros:

Frukosten hade mycket att välja på för mig som är vegetarian och gillar rena juicer.
Att det fanns ett "sällskapsrum" där vi kunde hänga. Med te/kaffe/vatten.

Cons:

Kuddarna var för höga, försökte få en lägre, men alla var samma höjd sa dom. Fick lite ont i nacken, så jag sov utan några nätter. Vet att denna recension är för min sista natt där men jag bodde där 8 nätter (med 3 olika bokningar) och jag var så NÖJD med att jag bodde i samma rum hela tiden.

Very comfortable bed, clean good size room, nice city view from the window. Location good for Royal Arena event.

Cons:

I asked when booking to have late checkout. I got reply to ask the front desk when arriving. When I arrived, the front desk said that i need to check back in the morning because it was not known how many bookings there would be for the next day. In the morning around 10 am i asked front desk again and they told me that late checkout is not possible as it's already too late to change the cleaning crew schedule. This is very poor communication and it made me feel like you left out details on purpose to avoid me having late checkout. If someone would have communicated to me the night before a specific time by which time i need to ask about the checkout, i could have checked that before cleaning crew schedule was set on stone. The only "sorry about this" that i got from the front desk was the comment that "we can store your luggage here if you wish" but in my case i didn't have any luggage. The whole point would have been to stay in bed most of the day and relax. Left a poor taste in my mouth about your hotel staff communication and coordination.

Pros:

Personalen var super trevlig och väldigt hjälpsamma. Ligger nära tunnelbana vilket gör det lätt att ta sig runt staden. Låg perfekt med gå avstånd till royal arena

Pros:

Confortable room. Nice staff at the reception. Convenient next to the subway.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good quality and not good value for money. We went just one day, and decided to go outside the following days.
