Pros:

Ubicación perfecta cerca del aeropuerto. El personal cuida cada detalle y es muy atento. Además nos cambiaron dinero y el desayuno rico y suficiente.

Cons:

This was one of the worst experiences ever. The secretary shouted at me both on the phone and in person and even got up with fingers pointing at me and called me names. As a woman, I felt unsafe. It was very scary. All because I asked for the aircon to be opened and asked for some extra towels. Paid for a sofa bed and it wasn’t provided when I arrived. Imagine paying for an overnight stay and being screamed at and no apology. Never again. DONT STAY HERE
