Great business hotel
Pros:

- In business area walking distance to offices, supermarket etc. Great for business travel. Not far from airport
- Clean, modern room and bathroom
- Small kitchen suitable for making own dinner/lunch
- Provided breakfast is plentiful and good

Cons:

It is suitable for business travel, for leisure I would go somewhere else maybe la marsa or sidi bou said

Don't fall into the trap of high scores, as they are completely fictitious.
Pros:

Avoid if you want to rest - Construction site noise. It is unacceptable to rent out rooms while the building is under construction. Every morning at 8:00 AM, we were woken up by the deafening sound of jackhammers and hammers. You cannot run a hotel and a construction site at the same time without informing your guests beforehand. Very disappointing.

Cons:

If there is construction going on, the property should either be closed or clearly inform guests before booking. Very bad experience.
