Staff were pleasant, the hotel has a heated pool which we did not use .
The location of this hotel was off the main center of the city. The food overall was poor, breakfast and dinner were a disappointment for a hotel claiming to be a 5 star. It is basically a good indigenous hotel, The hotel has only one kitchen but different places to eat the same bland food, The hotel did not mention that it has numerous steps outside to climb up to the swiming pool and the Wellness center. The hotel does not have a warning about the number of steps to it sports facilities . The main dining room's windows that are large and nice do not open, yet the air-conditioning was kept off, the breakfast room was stuffy. The airconditioning in the rooms at night kept humming above 28C even when we asked then to reduce to around 21C.

Insgesamt muss gesagt werden, dass das gesamte Personal in allen Bereichen außergewöhnlich freundlich war. Besonders möchte ich die Guest Relation Managerin, Abysiniya, hervorheben, die mich mit all meinen Sorgen und Wünschen während meines Aufenthaltes stets hervorragend betreut hat. Ebenso kann ich die Massagen im Spa sehr empfehlen, einen speziellen Dank hierfür auch nochmals an Yimegnusha!
Leider hat man es als Raucher in diesem Hotel extrem schwer und man hat beinahe das Gefühl, dass man nicht erwünscht ist. Es gibt auf der ganzen Hotelanlage nur 1 ausgewiesenen Raucherplatz, außerhalb des Hotel, im hintersten und schmutzigsten Eck des Parkplatzes. So muss man beispielsweise vom Spa (welches nur über eine sehr lange Treppe nach oben zu erreichen ist) durch die komplette Anlage, durch den Sicherheitsbereich und über den gesamten Parkplatz zum Rauchen laufen. Aber schlimmer ist es noch, wenn man bei einem schönen Drink oder einem Essen auf der Terrasse dann immer wieder aufstehen muss um in den Raucherbereich zu wandern. Offenbar soll es dann im fertiggestellten Neubaubereich, mehrere und komfortablere Raucherbereiche geben - bis dahin dauert es aber noch.

The was no internet
Everything, the decoration, the spa, the waterfall sound and view from the bedroom, the staff amability, care and help, the details and presents of the cleaning team, the catering staff, the silence, the comfort, the breakfast, the climatisée swimming pool. I felt like a princess all the time.
The noisy irrespectful neighbours but the staff changed them to another room and were really attentive to my needs.
