Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και τα στρώματα πολύ αναπαυτικά. Είχε πολύ πλούσιο και ωραίο πρωινό και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Είναι πολύ κέντρο για να πας παντού με τα πόδια.

A masterpiece!
Pros:

A masterpiece! I have visited Kastoria many times for work, but this is the first time I stayed at this particular hotel—and I finally found the place that will host me every time I come. The mattresses were fantastic, and the service, breakfast, and internet were all excellent. Looking forward to coming back!

Έμεινα για δύο ημέρες στο Andromeda Boutique Hotel στην Καστοριά, στο δωμάτιο 301, και η εμπειρία μου ήταν εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται στο επάνω κεντρικό σημείο του ξενοδοχείου και προσφέρει υπέροχη θέα, δημιουργώντας μια αίσθηση ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.

Ο χώρος ήταν άψογα καθαρός, καλαίσθητα διακοσμημένος και πολύ προσεγμένος σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο και εξασφάλισε έναν ξεκούραστο ύπνο, ενώ η ησυχία του δωματίου έκανε τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο απολαυστική.

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, φιλόξενο και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο. Η συνολική ατμόσφαιρα του ξενοδοχείου αποπνέει ζεστασιά και προσοχή στον επισκέπτη.

Ιδανική επιλογή για όσους θέλουν να απολαύσουν μια ποιοτική και ήρεμη διαμονή στην Καστοριά. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλόξενο και εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο!

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό. Δεν υπήρχε χώρος για 2ο κομοδίνο και πρίζα αριστερά. Το μπάνιο αν και ήταν σύγχρονο δεν ήταν άνετο & λειτουργικό. Περιορισμένος χώρος για ντους & τουαλέτα (1,78/85kg) δεν είχα χώρο. Αν κάποιος ήταν 1,85/90kg τί θα έκανε? (κράτηση σε Superior Δωμάτιο με Queen-Size Κρεβάτι).

Kein Vier Sterne Hotel - Viele Defizite - Achtung Schimmel
Pros:

Der Name und das äußere Erscheinungsbild hat uns gefallen. Wir mussten kurzfristig ein Hotel finden und sind somit hier gelandet, denn aufgrund der Messe vor Ort war sonst alles ausgebucht.
Oberflächlich sieht es schick es, das wars aber auch schon.

Cons:

Dieses Hotel verdient unter keinen Umständen vier Sterne. Fraglich ist auch woher diese kommen.
Vorweg, das Personal war durchgehend sehr nett.
Nun zum Zimmer. Wir haben das Zimmer im UG neben dem Frühstücksraum bekommen. Morgens ab sieben Uhr wurde man bereits durch die Frühstücksvorbereitungen wach. Abends wurde Fußball geschaut und man kam auch nicht zur Ruhe. Die Klimaanlage in dem Zimmer konnte nicht zum Kühlen verwendet werdet, da Zentral noch auf Heizen gestellt war. Wir hatten draußen teilweise bis zu 27 Grad. Das Fenster, entsprach einer 3/4Tür nach draußen und lies sich nur vollumfänglich zur allgemeinen Terrasse öffnen. Über Nacht konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, da jederzeit Katzen, jegliche Kleintiere oder auch Fremde hätten reinkommen können. Somit waren es schwitzige Nächte.
Das Bad ist klein und vollumfänglich mit Schimmel besiedelt, siehe Foto. Dies ging nach drei Nächten bereits auf die Atemwege. Die Klopapierhaltung kam aus der Wand, Zahnpastaflecken waren auf dem Boden, die Klobrille wackelte, keine Belüftung, die Dusche überschwemmte den Vorraum. Die Handtücher haben gestunken, waren einfach muffig.
Die Zimmerreinigung war auch etwas komisch. Jegliche private Gegenstände wurden berührt und anders wieder platziert. Persönliche Gegenstände die auf dem Tisch lagen fanden wir am Abend dann in den Schubladen wieder. Abgelegte Kleidung auf dem Stuhl wurde gefaltet und auch im Zimmer verteilt abgelegt. Sowas gehört sich nicht.
Frühstück: Frühstück gab es von 8-10 Uhr. Spiegeleier, Pancakes, alles war Kalt um 9 Uhr. Es wurde einmalig angerichtet und nicht nachgelegt oder die Eier warm gehalten. Es gab etwas Auflage an Schinken und Käse. Marmelade, Müsli. Und nun zum Brot, es gab Croissants und Brötchen, die absolut nicht frisch waren, diese schmeckten eher nach drei/vier Tagen altem Brot. Es war kein frisches Obst oder Gemüse vorhanden.
Parken: es gab einen Parkplatz seitlich vom Hotel, der gelb markiert war und benutzt werden konnte.

Υπέροχο τριήμερο.
Pros:

Τέλοιο πρωινο σε ποσότητα και ποιότητα.Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου κοντα σε σημεία ενδιαφεροντος της πόλης.Το προσωπικό και η ιδιοκτησία αξιολάτρευτο πάντα με το χαμόγελο να εξυπηρετήσει.

friendly staff. the location was 'OK' but in a hilly part of Kastoria. Taxi's cheap enough though to use regularly (was always 4€) There was a lift available
