Pros:

Quarto excelente, ótimo café da manhã, na beira da praia, lugar lindo.

Cons:

Para quem está sem carro, pode ser um pouco fora de mão. Aos finais de semana, tem música muito alta à tarde (até 17:00) muito próxima dos quartos. O lobby não faz jus aos quartos. Mas nada disso compromete a qualidade do hotel.

Pros:

Beachfront property. View from the room balcony. Receptionist were pleasant.

Cons:

No hand towels or wash cloths were provided. Hot water didn't work at all and no one was on-site to fix the problem. Security told us we'd have to wait until morning when the receptionist comes. No one didn't even came to just see if the problem was an easy fix. Parking is on the street at your own risk. Beach was a little messy. TV didn't work. Blue screen all night.

Pros:

The free breakfast

Cons:

Everything else. I’m ashamed, I can’t believe this had good reviews. I saw bugs, Beatles, roaches. The bathroom was disgusting. The tubs need changing, the entire hotel need some care. Shower didnt work. I spent one night and I couldn’t wait for the morning so I could leave.

Calm and relaxing
Pros:

Honestly we enjoyed every moment of our stay, this property is not the most modern but I can see that the owners are doing some work to enhance the property. I personally would rather they keep it a little rustic after they’re fully finish with renovations. However the staff were amazing & friendly,the food is absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this small hidden hotel because they were the only hotel to open their doors to the locals offering help after the hurricane even though they themselves sustained damages. This truly says a lot about the owners keep up the good work and all the best for the future

Paradise in Jamaika

I enjoy this place so much the Food is amazing, the Staffs are Nice the sound of the waves while you sleep is so relaxing also the ocean view is beautiful. A Huge plus is that its also just beside the river.

Lovely beach side location
Pros:

I stayed at Sand and Tan along with 7 others in our nonprofit group. The location is nice, right on the beach, with plenty of beach chairs, and a beach side restaurant. The rooms were large and comfortable, well cleaned. However there were a few problems for two of the rooms. One room had no hot water. Our room, on the first floor, had doors to a lovely patio. However we could not access the patio from our room, we had to go outside to get to it. The doors wouldn't open; initially they opened a couple inches, and it took numerous reminders to get the staff to close it. Despite several requests they never made it possible to open the doors. Another issue was towels, which were fine, when we had them. The second day we never had towels, and weren't advised that there were problems. Finally at 9 PM I went with a staff member to the laundry room and he found two towels for our room. That was only an issue for my room, the others on my trip had towels. We also weren't given water bottles the second day, though some of the rooms did get them. We were given bottles when we asked, and informed that to get water we needed to ask. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.
