Helpful staff, breakfast was nice, room was very warm, about a half hour walk from Old Town
A quaint, old school hotel in a nice location close to the river and convenient for public transport. The breakfast was good and served in a pleasant dining room. Nice room but for a slightly cranky shower.
Alt fungerede fint, fra lufthavns transport, check in, værelse og morgenmad. Hotellet ligger find i forhold til diverse seværdigheder, og 3 minutters gang til sporvogn

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hotel Kinsky Fountain. The hotel is close to a tram stop and a Hop On Hop Off bus stop, which made it very convenient for getting to all the sightseeing in Prague. Breakfast provided a nice selection of both hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the bathrobes and slippers that were provided, as well as the nice array of bath amenities which included separate hair conditioner. Our room (#103) was comfortable, though quite small. The closet was tiny and the only furniture was 2 small end tables by the bed and a desk. The bathroom door was warped and didn't want to close. I think other rooms might have been much better. Although the hotel does have an elevator, there are steps from the lobby to the elevator, which poses a problem for anyone who is unable to carry their suitcase up the stairs. The reception staff did help with that, though. In all, I would recommend this hotel.
Avoid....no hot water, can you imagine that in winter? No effort made to rectify.

Great place
The most confusing hotel experience ever. The person at the reception gave the impression to be not interested in anything. When we got to our room a musty smell hit us and when I checked the bathroom something that looked very much like leftover poop was stuck in the drain of the Bidet. On top we had no blankets provided. When we told about the situation in the bathroom and someone came to check on it we were told that there are blankets in the wardrobe which were without covers. We put the covers on ourselves. The cleaning lady offered to do it but since she cleaned up the bathroom situation without gloves we didn't want that. The water in the shower (massage function wasn't working btw) got to lukewarm when I showed. After my partner showered and left the water running for about 10 minutes it got hot. The next morning it was impossible to get hot water. Why it was confusing? Because this Hotel was 4 stars. How????
