Would not recommend
Pros:

I would not return here or recommend it. We had 3 nights booked but didn’t use the 2nd night as we were in the jungle (we only stored some luggage). The cleaning person didn’t give new towels or clean our bathroom, empty trash etc. while we were gone. The pool was not functioning and there are no spa services as advertised. Most of the food was not available at the restaurant for dinner. It is a ways out of town. The bed was the hardest I’ve ever encountered. I never give bad reviews but this place needs an overhaul.

Pros:

This was not a resort by any means. Only one person spoke English at the front so it was at times difficult to convey things like needing a cab or having dietary restrictions. The room constantly had bugs, the bed was not clean, and the bathroom had some very bad smells coming from the plumbing. Some other patrons were making very loud noises late into the night and early into the morning outside our room. Although we called to complain about this, they brushed us off and didn't do anything to remedy the situation. Would never stay here again nor recommend to others.

Pros:

I did not get what I paid gor. I paid for a family room because it has a personal pool and Mountain View. Instead I was given a regular room with no view and was told by the staff member that that was the best room with a view. I was lied to and given a downgraded room. There were lots of better rooms in the compound with no guests during my stay.
I would not recommend this place. They are not honest.

Service was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The resort is gorgeous with breath taking views.Will definitely stay again.

After a 6hr bus ride from Phnom Penh, we were greeted with welcome drinks and were offered to have our leftover take-away we carried with us from the night before, reheated. Our reheated meal was kindly brought to our room (no microwave in the room).

The staff are all kind and courteous, and ensured all our needs were met during our stay. The resort is out of town, but the staff will organize a tuk tuk for $3USD.
The menu is limited for vegetarians, but the chef is modified the menu to meet dietary needs.
Their smoothies are delicious and will send them to go. They did this for us on our last day, with a fruit plate to go as well.

If you are looking to refresh and relax after long travels, please make a stop here. Highly recommend.
