Great property. 30 minute walk to Fashion Square. Great location. Will stay there again.

The place was perfect for our needs! A washer and dryer, kitchenette and bathroom were super convenient and the pool and hot tub were a delightful perk. They were both clean and often my son and I were the only two there. It was amazing to get up first thing and step out the door for a swim. The grounds were lovely with a nice patio area and lounge chairs, and the best coffee machine I’ve ever had in a hotel. Nespresso! I plan to look them up again next time we are in the area. Great pricing for an amazing stay. Thank you!!

The place was oversold and undelivered. I had a bed, TV and a bathroom. Very disappointed.

This place was super cute, great location! Close to bus stop, Old Town Trolley, shopping and food. Nice kitchen with everything you would need to have some comforts of home with you.
Will definitely return and recommend!

The hosts were great and it's close to Scottsdale. The building itself didn't blow me away as it's a bit like a storage unit but it was nice on the inside. Could do with some nicer lighting though. It has a nice seating area outside that's shared with other units. Overall I liked it but was hoping for something a bit more romantic

Neat clean. Good for price in this area. Due to change in my plans attempted to contact owner to extend my stay never got response, just auto checkout reminder. Was dissappointed there was no closet and only a small fridge. Door latch never really worked, silly to expect me to slam or lift door into latch, I eventually just used deadbolt, which was secure. Walls very thin, used TV to avoid learning to much about other visitors.

The cheapness of the room comes at a cost. They charge a big cleaning fee upon booking, and then have you go through a short-term rental agreement that charges an additional cleaning fee.

The walls of the property are paper thin, you could hear a phone speaker from another room down the hall and around the corner. The doors do not close unless you bolt them shut. It didn’t feel like we had complete privacy and had very loud neighbors banging on walls and yelling throughout the night - not the property’s fault but still.

The hot tub was nice and the owners were quick to respond when our door code didn’t work. So they’re at least good people running the place. Just know what you’re in for if you stay here.

I loved this place so much!! Perfect for solo travel, very thorough instructions & directions about building, amenities, etc. Updated modern ambiance/interior. Host was super attentive. Location was perfect as well, so many restaurants/coffee shops, trails, things to do around. Definitely booking here again next time I come to Scottsdale! 🙌

Simple and functional. Great location!

The first morning I awoke I had no hot water. Contacted the host(building manager) and was told it was a building wide problem. I left the hotel for meetings and when I returned at 3pm there was still no water. I was told that "HOT WATER was not listed as a amenity for this property" by the representative from Hotels.com so they would have to file a report. I am trying to get a refund for the other three nights I had booked because I had to move to a different hotel.

The check-in process is a mightmare.

Great location. Very clean. Small quaint room that provided us all amenities needed. A bit of a challenge to find, but they send you map - follow it and no problems. The sitting area outside the building was great. Comfortable and relaxing. Had a minor problem with lock, the hosts reached out and provided an alternative within half an hour. Response time was amazing. Loved the stay. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

It’s ok. The room has no place to hang or lay out clothes which is weird. Would want that instead of the washer dryer.

Was surprised at how thin the walls are in the bathroom - could hear a couple in the next room way too easily.

The TV - couldn’t connect it to WiFi at all. Is there some trick?

As someone who comes to Arizona a lot these days, I can’t say I would return. Sorry for the bad review, but I’ve stayed in so many places over the years - VRBO to hotels, both short and longer term.

It was hard to find a #2 - I first walked around the pool area and all numbers were 1000 and up. Clearer access instructions would help others.

Maybe ear plugs would help too.

And see black mold or something close to that near the emergency sprinkler head.

The floors could have been cleaner and the room was very bright at night. Other than that it was pretty good.

It’s visually nice but a lot of bugs inside. I gave up killing the crickets after the fourth one.

A great getaway experience. Attention to detail with amenities is amazing. Location is great. Indoor and outdoor areas invite relaxation. I hope to be back!
