Beim Erstkontakt telefonisch war das Personal am Telefon noch nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Erstens wurde ich umgebucht, weil Zimmer angeblich von einem Gast zerstört wurde. Zu den gleichen Konditionen. Ich habe nachgesehen. Das gleiche Zimmer in Götzis kostete 30 Euro weniger. Man vertröstete mich damit, dass es das bessere Zimmer sei.

Dann funktionierte der online Check in in Feldkirch nicht. Auskunft es geht erst ab 15:00
Aber es ging auch nicht ab 15:00!!
Letztendlich standen 5! Gästeparteien vor dem Hotel und hatten keine Bezugsfertigen Zimmer.
Man hörte auch im ganzen Haus keine Putzgeräusche, niemand war vor Ort ansprechbar. An der Hotline Feldkirch war niemand zu erreichen. Hotline Götzis schon, vertrösteten dass sie Feldkirch versuchen zu erreichen.
Hotel Maier Kette...einmal und niemals wieder.
