Beautiful hotel, the service staff is very friendly. They respond really fast to all your request. The food was great !
The room was ok, needs more pest control and remove old dirty carpets. The sofa bed was not in the best shape. Should have better furniture.

If you never been to this area - know that this is just a resort and there is nothing to do around it. I would not even recommend going to the closer towns of Covenas and Tolu.

Todo en general estuvo muy bien, muy cómodo el lugar y excelentes espacios para compartir en familia o con amigos.

Not worth the price. The cheapest room is around usd 400… with this price and for this particular area in Colombia, you’d expect not only beautiful facilities but most importantly, outstanding service! Food was 10/10 but service was awful.
1. The jacuzzi didn’t work. They called maintenance but still didnt work
2. The phone to call reception was not charged
3. They have these nice cabanas by the sea and next to them a ceviche and drinks cart, but no one offers you anything to drink
4. Drinks take a quite while to get to you (even ready made like Beer)
5. I was overcharged at the time of check-out and the guy at reception was very stubborn even when I was explaining I had already paid via Expedia
6. At check out no one helps you with your luggage
Excelente lugar!!! Creo que a diferencia de la mayoria de casos con otros hoteles, es mucho mas bonito en persona que lo que muestran en su pagina y en redes, deberian vender mejor lo que tienen, depronto hacer mas videos, por que aunque las fotos que comparten y todo es bonito no muestran a totalidad todo lo que tienen!!! nos quedamos en la cabaña principal y es espectacular! nos habian dicho que tenia 3 banos y solo dos con ducha y que solo dos de las 3 habitaciones tenían baño adentro, pero en realidad los 3 banos tenían ducha y cada cuarto tenia su baño! y el resto de la cabana espectacular, el aire acondicionado perfecto , la cocina divina etc. Y el resto del hotel divino, las zonas sociales , la comida super rica, el SPA espectacular! deberian mostrar mas del spa en redes y en su pagina ( criticas constructivas para que se vendan mejor)! , el servicio es bueno pero si pudiera mejorar un poco, con un poco mas de entrenamiento para las personas en cuanto a la rapidez y la atencion, pero igual es bueno, nada grave. en conclusión muy recomendado este lugar.
El hotel es muy bueno, sinceramente se nota el nivel de inversión y como pudieron plasmar el concepto en la arquitectura, los lugares comunes, la piscina, las "casitas" frente a la playa, los jardines...realmente espectaculares, ni hablar de la amabilidad de la gente. Sin embargo hay aspectos que se deben mejorar.
1.- Si bien el personal es realmente agradable, hay graves problemas en el servicio; muchísima demora...estuvimos 45 minutos esperando unos huevos benedictinos....fue tanto que se cerró el desayuno. Por lo general al pedir dos tragos llegaba uno el otro después. Cuando pedíamos un plato para picar nunca traían dos platos pequeños para poder servirse lo que uno quería picar del plato principal. Los tragos poco homogeneos, pedí micheladas y algunas veces con los limones adentro, otros afuera...hasta que al final pedí que no le pusieran limones. Pedimos muchas veces coca cola zero, antes de los tragos y llegaba todo junto...una vez pedimos, fuimos a la habitación, bajamos y luego de 20 minutos llegaron los tragos. En cuanto al servicio creo que falta muchísimo entrenamiento, no en amabilidad, sino en entender como es el tema de servir platos, tragos..100% en amabilidad, poco en calidad.
2.- Mantenimiento: En general al debe; nuestra manilla para abrir la puerta de la terraza estaba rota, la alfombra manchada. Las mesas de la piscina, donde uno pone los tragos les falta mantenimiento.
3.- Existe un disclaimer importante sobre el uso de parlantes, no se respeta.
