The rooms were nice and roomy and the hot breakfast was excellent (with lots of cjoices and variety over the several days). Access to pools and weight room was an easy access.
Not anyone's fault, but I didn't like that I had to use a translation app to let the cleaners know NOT to service our room. Also, and not your fault, the issue with no access from the hiway in front of the motel was sort of weird.

The facility was clean and close to town.
Hard to get to. Google couldn’t navigate through the trailer park. Better coffee and fresh fruit for breakfast is my suggestion.

Tiny window facing vents on a roof. Cold shower. Cold pool. Bad breakfast. Coffee horrible. Cheap small pool towels. Watered down juice. Room ac did not work. Window blind broken. No room number on our door.

Vraiment déçu de la qualité, d’un BW qui se veut plus exécutive et qui est loin de l’être par rapport aux autres!!

Piscine assez froide, petit déjeuner décevant, manque notoire d’équipements de cuisine, canapé lit vraiment médiocre!! Mes enfants ont souffert de leur nuit sur ce canapé ridicule! Une catastrophe!

It was extremely hard to find the hotel based on the GPS directions. The address takes you through a trailer park and over railroad tracks and it’s not safe to drive a regular car through all those dirt roads. I finally called the hotel and they gave me an alternate address to enter but even then, you have to drive through a small dirt road to get to the hotel. The tub/shower wasn’t the cleanest. The shower curtain was also dirty but I failed to get a photo.
One night stay without any issues, although the WiFi was quite slow. Stayed here specifically for the Tesla destination charger; Carlsbad Caverns doesn’t really have any Superchargers to comfortably do a round trip from, especially when winds may be high.
Super friendly staff upon check in and check out.
The facilities were impeccably clean, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.
