Pros:

ホスピタリティ溢れる素晴らしいホテルでした。私は朝6時にシワに着いたのでチェックインできずにロビーに座っていたところ、7時半頃に来たスタッフが声をかけてくれて、予定よりも早くチェックインさせてくれました。その上、朝食も出してくれました。ホテルの内装はとても素晴らしく心が癒されました。また、私が乗る予定だったバスが勝手に2時間前に出発していて途方にくれていたところ、ホテルのマスターが助けてくれました。マスターがトゥクトゥクの少年に事情を話し、私をバス停まで送って新しいチケットを買えるかアラビア語でやりとりしてくれました。おかげで私は無事にカイロに戻る事ができました。シワの人々は素晴らしい。
ホテルの設備に関しては田舎なので、それなりの設備です。シャワーは熱いお湯も出ます。ただ、少し水がサビ臭いです。これはシワが塩の産地だから土壌の問題だと思います。バスタオルはないので持参しなければなりません。部屋は綺麗に掃除されています。

Pros:

When I arrived at Siwa I asked a local driver to take me to Panta lodge but he was not aware of the place and had to ask around about the hotel location.when I finally got there the on-site manager ( Mohamed) was not aware of my booking but he was very helpful. The room was comfortable but the private bath needs maintenance ( rusty faucet and not aligned with the center of the sink, shower floor not sloped to the floor drain which resulted in wet area after a shower). Breakfast was great. I booked another night though Expedia but Mohamed later told me that the hotel is booked for the night so I had to cancel and request refund from Expedia. It looks like their online booking is handled by an off site manager( a case of left hand does not know what the right hand is doing). I enjoyed the common area and the friendly staff so overall I recommend it.
