Ontbijt was in orde! Direct in het centrum

Cons:

Onpersoonlijke virtuele communicatie ter plaatse en informatie die op voorhand verkeerd werd doorgegeven!
We hadden de fietsen mee en ik had op voorhand gevraagd of we deze veilig konden stallen. We kregen als antwoord om deze tegenover op straat te plaatsen. Achteraf bleek er toch een aparte ruimte te zijn die toegankelijk was met de kamerbadges.

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Great location. Right in the middle of Goes. Met by a avatar a bit strange but was fine .sorted keys out and straight jnto the room. Asked for a room at a lower floor and was accomodated. Will go back there

Cons:

Coffee machine was ok but gave little cups and strong. Tea was flavoured not what english people like and no milk.just creme for coffee. Room was little but enough space

De locatie midden in het centrum.
De kamer was schoon en de bedden goed
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd

Cons:

De incheckprocedure niet prettig via computer. Voegt niets toe ten opzichte van bijvoorbeeld een inlogcode. Past niet bij een boutique hotel.
De kamer was zeer gehorig. De bovenburen hoorden we (zeer hard) lopen op de houten vloeren.

Wat vreemde ervaring dat er geen persoonlijk contact is met receptioniste.
Wat krappe ontbijtruimte.
We hadden slechts een klein dakraampje op onze kamer.

Hotel Rijks in goes
Pros:

Goed gelegen hotel kort in het centrum. Kamers zijn gemoderniseerd en heel proper enkel de koelkast viel tegen die deed zijn werk niet. Ik had een compacte kamer maar alles was bij de hand . Ontbijt was ook voortreffelijk.

Cons:

Koelkast viel tegen en de virtuele verwelkoming v/d receptioniste was toch een beetje aanpassen.

Die Lage zur Stadtmitte ist hervorragend. Sehr schöne Geschäfte.

Cons:

Wir waren schon zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel und hatten immer einen sehr guten und persönlichen Empfang. Zu unserem Entsetzen hat uns nun eine virtuelle Person empfangen. Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Schade, dass an diesem sehr wichtigen Punkt eingespart wird.

Centraal gelegen hotel in monumentaal pand.
Pros:

Mooi hotel in het centrum. Het is een mooi gedateerd pand. De kamers zijn schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt was erg goed. Met heel veel keuzes.

Cons:

Ik vond de ontvangst bij de receptie heel onpersoonlijk. We moesten communiceren met de receptie via een scherm. Dat ging helemaal goed. Maar paste totaal niet bij zo’n mooie ouderwetse locatie. Ook zorgt dit ervoor dat je minder vragen stelt omdat je geen zin hebt om te praten met iemand die virtueel is.
