Staff were welcoming and friendly, rooms were cleaned well each day.
Great location.
The rooms are small and very little natural light inside the whole building, no space in communal areas and roof top, whilst nice, was also very small and not accessible before 9am.

It feels a bit humid on the ground floor. Always better to book a room on the second floor if possible.

La chambre que nous avions était collée à un bar. On se serait crus assis au comptoir. Si vous souhaitez dormir, n’y allez surtout pas ! Le personnel ne nous a meme pas prévenus et il n’y avait même pas de boules quies de prévus. Franchement pour un upgrade, c’était vraiment pas à la hauteur.
If you want a quiet and luxury stay in the Old town of Cartagena this is the perfect stay! Hotel is brand new and nicely decorated in colonial style. Service was impeccable. We were welcomed with an Oshibori and refreshing drink. They also gave discounts to some of the best restaurants of the area.

The hotel has nice decor but not confortable spaces, there is no real communal space to use, the roof terrace is very small and not open before 9am. The rooms have limited space.

No me gustó que no hay servicio de room service. Podrían tener algún servicio de cocina básico aunque sea, con algunas botanas y cócteles para el área de alberca.
