Great staff but limited space
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was well cleaned and turn down service each day.

Cons:

The hotel has nice decor but not confortable spaces, there is no real communal space to use, the roof terrace is very small and not open before 9am. The rooms have limited space.

An excellent hotel, very well located in Centro.
Pros:

A quite unusual room layout but very well furnished with plenty of space and facilities.
Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the location is ideal for exploring this section of Centro.

Cons:

The bed could have been a little larger.

Pros:

Todo! La decoración es exquisita, la ubicación maravillosa, mi habitación súper amplia, la atención única. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Cons:

No me gustó que no hay servicio de room service. Podrían tener algún servicio de cocina básico aunque sea, con algunas botanas y cócteles para el área de alberca.

- Sehr schön eingerichtet und aufwendig rastauriert
- Hochwertiges Interior
- Zentral gelegen, in der Altstadt von Cartagena
- Kooperationen mit Restaurants die auch zum Mutterunternehmen gehören (diese waren wirklich Top, insbesondere das Restaurant Cande)

Cons:

Das eigentliche Zimmer was wir hätten beziehen sollen hatte nur im Bad ein kleines Fenster.
Aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit in Cartagena hatte es entsprechend modrig gerochen und Schimmel war zu sehen. Also dieses Zimmer war unbeziehbar.
Nach einer Beanstandung hatten wir jedoch ein Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön.

My stay was beyond amazing . I will go back again and again
Pros:

I did a solo trip from NYC back in Jan & this was my first tine in Cartagena Colombia . I booked a suite which was beautiful I loved everything detail about the suite . The facility l team members were amazing & help me get around to my excursions via taxi and help me with any information I needed to know . I felt safe , comfortable and I had a great time . I definitely recommend you this stay to anyone who's deciding to go to Colombia ❤️🇨🇴.

I can't stay anything bad , the did everything to my liking .

Además de ser un hotel precioso, con muy buen gusto en la decoración y diseño, el personal fue muy amable. La ubicación, excelente. Y Betty, encantadora y siempre dispuesta a ayudar con una gran sonrisa. 10/10

Fue una experiencia muy bonita, la habitacion comoda, tranquila, Fui con mi mami y ella estuvo muy bien. No tomamos el desayuno decidimos salir a conocer y probar otros lugares, Muy recomendado para descansar y cerca de todo en la ciudad amurallada
